You obsessed with the word Icon aren't you?

She is very much due a GH. I will happily buy it. I've never liked her albums but she has what i think are a good single back catalogue.

She released her video collection a few years ago on DVD, not quite the same but it's the closest thing to a GH she's done so far. Love a bit of J.LO though, can't wait.

A GH album I would buy. I much prefer her earlier stuff and still firmly believe On the 6 was her best album to date. Definitely not an icon as she hasn't been consistant enough.

Probably not that memorable a song maybe. If you were to say, think of Madonna, you could just list off loads of songs, same too with Britney. I myself, dont think Jennifer Lopez could be an icon. I just dont she has the career to justify the use of the word. But then again, I think that maybe that Icon has been spread out a bit much. I could say that my feet are Icons, they allow me to walk. Its a very diluted word now.

On the plus side, I have since I was young, liked Play alot. It is a very cool song, and an equally great video to match too.

J Lo is long overdue a greatest hits. It's going to be a lot like Pinks, quite a few will have to be left off because she has so many. I've got a feeling she's had more hits then people realise.

Play, I'm Real and I'm Gonna Be Alright are my favourite. I wonder if we'll get the Murder remixes of 'I'm Real' and 'Ain't It Funny' on top of the originals. They are essentially four different songs and were all pretty big hits in their own right.

I hope 'Control Yourself' with LL Cool J is on there too. I absolutely love that track!

I'm really not sure about it.She's just begun to come back, so a full-length 8th album to capitalize on the buzz of 'American Idol' when the next season starts would be her best bet, imo, but anyway...She needs to get another smash, though, that's for sure, but I think releasing a GH album when you've just had 4 not-so successful albums in a row doesn't seem like a good choice.

Anyway, there is a positive side She may tour!!!

1. she should have a separate package for Spanish territories

2. she needs a tight track listing for it to succeed, greatest hits need to appeal to consumers of all types not just die hard fans. this is the time where you can target those that have never bought a j.lo album by reminding them of the many hits she has actually had

possible track list:

1. Love Dont Cost a Thing
2. On The Floor
3. Jenny From The Block
4. Play
5. If You Had My Love
6.Aint It Funny
7.Get Right
8.Waiting For Tonight
9.Lets Get Loud
10. Control Myself (LL COOL J)
11. All I Have
12. Im Into You
13. Baby I Love U
13. Im Real
14. Gonna Be Alright
15. Papi
16. Dynamte (with Taio Cruz)

deluxe; murder inc remixes etc

She has had loads of hits, many of which people probably don't immediately relate to her. Last year I bought a couple of her albums for 99p and couldn't believe how many songs I knew of hers.

Play, I'm Real (both versions), I'm Gonna Be Alright, Do It Well, Ain't It Funny and Get Right are all fantastic.

I hope she tours!

Britney isn't just a singles artist. Just because her most recent album underperformed it doesn't mean she will never sell albums ever again.
