Yes, it will work but may be slooow on some applications. I only had 0.5mb, and I was able to use i player (lots of buffering sometimes) and y0u tube, and surf a bit...

Will all the functionality still work?

Should we be worried about losing functionality such as EPG, Internet Browsing & iPlayer or will they still work independently of 3view?

Also, where do we stand legally in regards to getting our money back on a product that's not fit for purpose?

Richard.

Richard.
If you bought direct from 3View and used a credit card, your credit card company has to cover you in the same way, so they will be responsible for any refunds under the sale of goods act.

If you bought direct from 3view and didn't use a credit card, you will join the long list of other people owed money by 3View, you'd be lucky to get anything.

If you bought from any other retailer, then you claim against them, it doesn't matter if 3View have gone bust or not, as your contract is with the retailer, so you can claim for "not fit for purpose" against them.

Regards

Phil
