It made me laugh when at the beginning of the show Mark took umbrage at Fatima organising the camp and he said in the B Hut that she was doing it because it was nearly the final, but he would never do anything to get votes
That is all he has done. Fatima was herself and that was probably why she was never going to win. She did not give thought to coming across well or playing the game, she was just herself - hard working, fearless and brave.The awards section was not good viewing, but I did not understand why we had footage of her saying that she did not want to join in because she did not want there to be arguments, and then she was joining in, interspersed with talking heads of the others saying how awful she was being. We did not get footage of her explaining herself. Shame. Not the greatest swansong, but she can hold her head high. She was a great campmate, admired by others who have spoken repeatedly of her having a kind heart. And she beat Cotton!!!
I do think she's inspirational, but there were times where she took it all a teensie weensie bit too seriously. But good on her and I hope she does well on the back of the show.

In a way that Dougie & Mark will never be. They are nice enough boys, but are mostl likely only in the final because of the "he iz well fit" vote as a few posters on this thread have proven.

I have never watched The Only Way is Essex and as much as I like as few McFly songs i'm not there biggest fan and if I did vote - it would be for one of they 2, maybe even both!
I enjoyed watching their bromance blossom and playing together. Neither wanted to get into fights - which is not a bad thing - and Mark just wanted people to like him - again not a bad thing.
Fatima was too competitive. Fair enough in the trials but when it was the little water gun fight she took that as it was a big competition and she won and then with the awards tonight, if she didn't win the awards she she wanted the face she pulled, when the bravest went to Lorraine, that wasn't a gracious loser face she put on. And for the best body, what was she said, ' you didn't give it to me, I took it' or something along those lines. And I would rather have a body like Jessica-Jane's than Fatima's.

I'd have loved to see Fatima win but recognised that the 2 young guys probably would be the final 2 - very predictable.
I hope she manages to get work and earn some 'easy money' on the back of this show. She's had a tough life and worked incredibly hard to become a top class world athlete.

I was personally horrified by Fatima's attitude last night........the awards are only a bit of fun (always have been) yet she had to put a complete dampener on it all.

I agree that Fatima did not come across well in the awards bit, but I found it odd that the clip started with her saying she was not going to get involved because she did not want any arguments and then she was involved, hmm, what was left on the cutting room floor? Last night's show seemed to be a "Fatima's worst bits" including the bit at the begiining when all the boys took umbrage at her organising the camp, that confused me too, why such a fuss about her talking about washing -up? Mark has never previously spoken about Fatima in tha way, but lo and behold he was there, with the other talking heads going on about her. I know she is someone who likes to take control, but she is also someone who is kind and supportive. Her other campmates have mentoned this and far from seeing her as a negative force in camp, she was seen as a positive one.
I think she did very well and I was pleased that she at least came 3rd.
