So much better than that cheerleader song that spelt out her name (seriously Madonna, I thought we were beyond that now :sleep
.It's melodic, it's classy, it's right. I want more of this, but with a more experimental edge, on her new album. Madonna's always best when she does it bigger, with only a few exceptions (Live To Tell/Promise To Try/You'll See) but saying that, I really enjoyed that - thanks Josh! |

All her interviews over the years have been terrible to watch. There's nothing nice or sincere about her at all.
Love her music though. I do think she has an ego, but she's done a lot of great work for different causes over the years. She is a cynic though, so it's wrong to base her personality off what she gives you - the crazy Truth or Dare (she's always struck me as more controlled and calculating than that), IGTTYAS (she isn't an Earth Mother) or her interviews. |

Im in love with "Masterpiece" One of the best tracks I've heard this year. I get goosebumps listening to it. I cant wait for a clearer version to pop up.
A haunting mature ballad that suits her. |

My pleasure guys.
For those who the links have been taken own new YT video i have found. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7YpggJMnGQ And for those who judge her personality on her interviews etc....that is not Madonna 110% in and out...she is a remarkably strong woman I dont judge anyone....especially interviews!I love the way she is...of course that is why we are all different, we have different viewpoints and tatses etc. Like for example i am not keen on the big "belting divas" like Celine, WHitney, Streisand, Mariah nor really their "personas" but they have moments i adore so dont shun them away due to that...nor should anyone. But hey....primarily the music and imagery can speak itself. And Masterpeice....ugh just beautiful ![]() ANd we will have more orchestras with Madonna and Orbit on the next album! Cannot wait to hear it...and the cheerleader was a Demo song dont forget Just so gald she recorded a new ballad and it shows how underated she is vocally....i mean that was recorded over a month ago or so you know....she still has itamazing! |

Love her music though. She's actually kind of shy and reserved, not as outgoing as you might expect, but I've never found her nasty. I actually like that she's a little introverted, loud people get on my nerves. But I can see how some people may take her shyness as insincerity. |

I'm always surprised when people say stuff like this. In the majority of her interviews she comes off as intelligent, funny and charming. Now ocassionally she may be in a bad mood, but it's very rare. What interviews are you referring to specifically? Because to me she's far nicer than a lot of other celebrities who bitch about other artists or have some kind of chip on their shoulder.

But I can see how some people may take her shyness as insincerity. Usually i find a divide between a musician and their personalities and their music. Elton John for example i despise as a person BUT his music is very fun and anthemic to hear. Or i could say Leona Lewis is a lovely girl, very shy and reserved and honest....but her music has done jack for me lol. But with Madonna i find HER as a person so very interesting because people think she will be this or that, but she is just plain and simple the Madonna really, very reserved and brutally honest and actually very mature and witty with it all. People have these set opinions...and sadly it wont change them as we all have different tastes....but that is what makes it interesting. And musically....words cannot describe really...shes my hero ![]() But whatever is whatever! |

I used to be a big Boy George and Culture Club fan and still love some of their music, but I can't stand him now because he's so vile and nasty. In fact, today he had a go at Lady Gaga on twitter and then insulted her fans when they tried to defend her calling them the most horrible names. Some of these LG fans are teenagers and he as a 50 year old is calling them awful names. It's disgusting. I'm not the biggest LG fan but you can't treat people like that. I've been told the same thing in job interviews that I come across as insincere or cold, when really I'm just shy so I can relate. I love both Masterpiece and Give Me All Your Love. I"m so excited about this new era in her career. Hard Candy really didn't do it for me, but she's coming back strong now! |

I agree totally! What I like about her is she has strong opinions that some people may not agree with but she expresses them in a classy witty way, not in a rude nasty way. She knows how to balance those two.

When Madonna said "Lady Who?" it was funny and everyone lapped it up...and some gaga fans got all defensive about nothing...it was just a funny remark about a joke anyway They even had a t shirt with it on hehe. But yeah i mean i like gaga and understand what she stands for but i wont say i am a "Massive fan" but i can see both sides of the fence a lot of the time....some fans i think "waaaaaaay okay will steer clear" and other times i love talking to them and knowing new people. And so true, in interviews once i was told i was awckward to my face....you know, i was a bit unsettled and supressed it and another time later for another interview i was ridgid....so yeah its fair to judge but i can take myself there and admire people who can withstand it on a day to day basis you know. Either judge when it is something outright, or bitchy or harsh and not if otherwise really. Madonna is like a musical superheroine you know like Buffy, Sarah Conner, Xena, Wonder Woman and Ellen Ripley all melded together with some Deitrich, Bette Davis, garland and Monroe in there as well as some Warholian and SInatraness DAYYYYMN!!!!!

I probably shouldn't say this about Boy George, but it seems like he's on drugs or drunk or something despite him claiming to be sober. Because I noticed a pattern with his twitter, he acts totally normal and fine during the week, but then for some reason on Friday or Saturday he goes on these awful bitchfests. I used to drink quite a lot but only on weekends so it just seems to me that's what is going on with him.
It's funny because today there's an article in the Guardian where he's going on about how much he's changed and he no longer has a go at people on twitter but just ignores them. What I like about Madonna is she seems in real life pretty much what she portrays herself to be in interviews. She doesn't put out a false image. I think people respect that even if they don't like her. |

She hasnt laid waste to alcohol, drugs, partying till she drops in clubs...she has always been in control of herself and others surrounding her. It is inspiring

classic madonna ballad.....terrible audio quality hence the eq`s all out sync....it sounds like an iphone recording of the song being played...however, her vocals sound strong... the song vocally and melodically is a return to form. Reminds me of the bedtime stories, evita, ray of light era. So I am happy. It would make a great album closer.

![]() It was recorded by phone and soeone said they will post it soon who had seen the end credits for the film and gave a review on it ![]() So i think it definitely will. And yes i mean Madonna hasnt really shown her vocals off like Evita/ROL as an era of her life until now and so glad that she still can ![]() I think as an album closer with those chords may be an interesting idea perhaps....i think she and Orbit have played around a lot with that and while the next album will have anthems/Club influences with Solveig and Bennassi, it will have Madonnas raw vocal So i definitely cannot freakin wait!

1 word - GORGEOUS.
It's been ages since we had a proper balled from M and this is just perfect. It really does hark back to her earlier tracks and wouldn't sound at all out of place on Something to Remember. She's definitely still got it! (Although, i don't think she ever lost it! )

It will be totally different to anything she ahs done before. Madonna, Orbit, Bennassi, Solveig....and more collaborators have worked as a unti...a musical faimily...to create something that is very unique i think...something big and epic that they are all proud of ![]() I feel it will mesh so many elements together of all her strongest elements over her years....some intense lyrics, deep Dance, confessional and emotive vocals...powerhouse anthems. Its gonna be a VERY Madonna record
