Did anyone else have trouble when 'Calling to save your favourite'? I dialled the number repeatedly - from the time lines opened until the time the closed - and got the engaged tone continuously!

hopefully, it's just a local glitch, caused by incessant rain and brass monkey cold

Couldnt get through for 10 mins , lines engaged

I've heard others had trouble too. I had a momentary difficulty, that's all...

I left it for 10 minutes, then phoned 4 times and got straight through each time.
