My kitten, she's three months old, loves watching the snooker on tv. She will sit and stare at the balls. I challenged her to a game of snooker and she beat me. She got a break of 40.


But in all seriousness, she stares at the screen when snooker comes on. It's like she is a fan of the game but I guess it's the colours and balls moving that get her interest.

Yup - we've had cats that were snooker fans.
We had a silver-tabby named 'Gizmo' who used to try and catch the balls under the TV when they dropped into the bottom corner pockets.

My cat loves the Frozen Planet programme when the birds suddenly swarm. She gets very excited. Ah, aren't we lucky to have cats. My other cat died in July and she was a little treasure too.

I love the snooker story - trying to find the balls in the pockets is so sweet!
