I am just in my 30's and i use L'Oriel men expert cream and also their under-eye gel roller. Makes a noticeable difference especially to the eye creases and dark circles.

I use the Dead Sea Spa moisturisers from Holland and Barrett because I have really sensitive skin. On the rest of my body I generally use Jergens, or if my skin is particularly itchy and dry, the Body Shops hemp balm.

Only my face, I use Simple.
I should moisturise my body more often but I hate the feeling of cream/oiliness so I avoid it as much as possible :

Having lived in Australia for many years, the difference between people who do and do not moisturise is not "pseudoscience". It's about not looking 60 at 30. And it's obvious.
Yes, there is a lot of nonsense between expensive being in any way better than cheap.... but anyone who denies moisturiser in totality is probably a bitter wrinkly prune, or will be. |

Wrinkles are caused by a breakdown of collagen in the skin, not a lack of moisture. You're right about the nonsense about more expensive moisturiser being better than the cheaper stuff though. |

I never use soap on my face except for once a week when I use pears with table salt sprinkled into my palm and 'wash' my face the the mix to exfoliate (not the eyelids).
In the mornings I put on serum followed by a day cream followed by total sunblock (only on my face and back of my hands though as you do need your body to absorb some sun) Sunblock also tightens your skin so is perfect for putting under foundation. In the evenings I put on serum again followed by a night cream (which contains ingredients that degenerate in sunlight hence only in night creams) and once a week when the night creams sunk in I follow it with bio oil |

There's little evidence that moisturisers help to prevent wrinkling. At best they provide a temporary reduction to the appearance of wrinkles on the skin.

There's quite a lot of research that the act of moisturising (ie essentially facial massage) does in fact protect the life of deep facial tissues. |

I only use it when I wear make up. I might start using it everyday.

I use a cleanser, toner, eye cream, serum and moisturiser daily. I do the same of an evening and use a night cream on top of my serum. I exfoliate twice weekly and use a mask. I mainly use Elemis, Decleor and Gatineau products. They're quite pricey but cheapsmells.com have huge discounts on them.

Nivea every day for me. Has kept my face in good nick for years. The smell of Nivea Soft is lovely.

I love Decleor (and some Elemis). Hydra Floral moisturiser has done great things for my skin, the mask is gorgeous also! I'm a big big fan of Neroli Aromessence too! My skin gets so patchy and dehydrated looking when I use other products.

I use Neroli in the daytime and Iris at night. I also use the Iris night balm. I tend to alternate between Hydra Floral and Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream during the day. I love the Hydra Floral mask and also the Excellence one.
I'd love to try Elemis Marine Cream, but I'm too scared that I'll like it. ![]() ![]() Thank god for cheapsmells.com, they do some good discounts on that site. |

I moisturise daily and can remember getting berated by a colleague for doing so. The subject came up in the staffroom during a lunch break and I was advised that 1) as I was a bloke, it was a metrosexual thing to do (or some other crap along those lines) and that 2) as I was only 21 at the time, I didn't need to worry about things like that.
Load of rubbish on both counts in my opinion. I'm currently using several of the L'Oreal Hydraenergetic range for men. I've found the turbo booster is excellent for my skin following a shave and if I am in a hurry in the morning, it is ideal to apply rather than a lotion or cream. |

Astral smothered all over face and hands before bed. It's old-school but works.

I moisturise my face and my cuticles, but not my body, cos I hate how it makes me feel sticky and I don't like it when my clothes stick to me :/

I use Artistry cleanser and toner everyday morning on my face (moisturiser once in a week since i've still not found what type my face skin is). Once in a week i use "body series" soap to wash my face. I use Hemp hand moisturiser for my hand everyday after every wash. I can't live without it. I've got extremely dry hand, i tried many products and ended with itchy skin. Then i found Body shop hemp, only downside is price, but they put lot of offers for online shopping.
I like to use body moisturisers, but then i feel so cold, so get dressed up as soon as i get out of the shower. |
