Okay, David James, you want me to state without innuendos. The hiring of Alesha Dixon was a farce - three months of training and she's an expert - I think not. That is my main problem with her - SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED to judge on Strictly - if she was hired to give an opinion then that is a different matter. I now fast forward her "critiques" if I am watching a recorded programme. To the more serious point - she got plastered "on air" - end of contract. Anyone who is qualified and professional would not have behaved like that - and that is what she is - unqualified as a judge and unprofessional in her attitude and she makes a half-hearted apology on Twitter but I suppose that is acceptable to some people. Where I worked alcohol was not allowed in the workplace and if anyone consumed it on site - they were instantly dismissed. Satisfied.

Alesha Dixon IS a very beautiful woman - she IS favoured by the BBC and got the job as a "judge" when she wasn't qualified to judge the skin off a rice pudding, she annoys me when she opens her mouth and comes out with cliche after cliche in her gangsta-speak.
