It's because we are now so far beyond the end of BB5 that it's clear that none of the BB5 lot are going to go on to achieve anything, and their die-hard fans are getting really sore about it.

BB5 was the best yet, imho, and - good or bad - they were a really watchable lot in the house. Now, they are just useless wannabes who don't know their time is up - this is painful to all those Michelle fans who thought she'd be our new Queen or Hearts, or Dan fans who thought he'd be top of the pops, or Emma fans who believed she wasn't a talentless, imbalanced nutter.

So we're left - people like me poking fun at them for being failures, despite all the national exposure they received, and people like the Michelle fans, desperately clinging on to the hope the mere fact you've got into the BB house gaurentees you some kind of career and that you don't have to work for what you want in life. I like the easy targets, and the Michelle fans like the easy answers.

Sadly, as the fame ebbs away like water evaporating out of a pond, it's all getting a bit more bitter...

Nevermind, not all that long to BB6, and another brand new batch of wannabe dreams...

I take most posts tongue-in-cheek, as they are meant, but J-J is right, some forum member's seem to have left their senses of humour elsewhere lately.

We are supposed to be chatting and having a laugh about BB I thought, not sticking the knife into fellow forum members all the time Now BB5 has finished, I thought things would lighten up a bit on here ”

It always used to be Susann, making digs at the BB HMs was fine but picking on FMs was very much against the DS T&Cs

Oh well, let them get snotty, I still see BB out of season as a time for fun on here

Spot on. A perfect summation of life post-BB5 both on this forum and "the real world".

BB5 was brilliant most definitely - but *all* the contestants are fading into obscurity. Absolutely *none* of them have the same iconic staying power as previous participants e.g. "Nasty Nick", "Helen&Paul" (counts as one, especially since being immortalised by impressionists Alistair McGowan and Ronni Ancona) and "Jade".

I mentioned the news of Nadia possibly releasing a Christmas single to a friend yesterday, who turned round and asked: "Who's Nadia?". And this was from someone who both watched BB5 from beginning to end and supported her.

Chrisdebag must be the biggest Michelle fan on here and yet he doesn't seem to rise to your posts j-j. Methinks he's winding you up more than you are him.

I presume he's a he.

Er.... I was joking...as I assume was Lucifer's Duck.
Don't think it's my sense of humour that is failing.

I never said they weren't, j-j, just saw the irony in the way the thread appeared on the forum.

Going to go and sulk now...

No, no - chris never fails to reply to my posts with his usual "michelle is the best, u r just jealous" argument. He's very consistent. He abuses me sometimes, but I have to admit I admire his true fandom and respect his simple love for the great MooMoo - he's counting the hours till he's sitting in Row J at the theatre in St Albans, waiting for those cold black shark to swivel lifelessly in his direction from the stage...

PS - Happy Birthday Chris!

NO!, Please, I can't be more annoying then Marco.

I can't have become worse than "they king of been annoying"

But as I was scrolling down the thread that is what I saw and thought;
"Why is 'seal terminator' so annoying?" ”

No it wasn't deliberate, in fact I had not noticed the irony of it until you pointed it out.

Maybe I should change my user name to Vanessa Nimmo so it will read correct again.

I am glad some of you find the ramblings of this mad man amusing, you need help, but it is nice to know.

As for taking any offence, no chance, you need a thick skin to be on the net in the first place. As you can never tell how a comment was intended I normally try to look on the positive side. There are very few people on here that attack people they don't know, those that do soon have "banned user" next to them.

You have got to remember that BB is the desparado's final chance of fame. If you stop 10 people in the street and asked them who Michelle Bass is I am sure that in the over 21's age group 90% wouldn't have a clue. This is probably at around 100% for Cameron Stout.

We all know the final resting place for celebrities fighting to save there carear.

Can you imagine Nadia on "I'm a celebrity get me out of here?"
or Michelle Bass and Marco on the farm? No because most 75% of the UK population even now at the high of thier fame have no idea who they are. At least Tony Blackburn and Phil Tufnal were once great at their jobs.

Oh and before I get flamed about my 75% been too high, the highest viewing figures for BB were at around 8 million, that is the population of London. Of those 8 million people, I bet a lot have already forgot about them!

After the high that was BB5, I am surprised how quickly this years lot have been forgotten though. I thought they might have been around for just a little while longer than say a month or two.

Wish I could find that DS BB thread though, where the predictions were made about who would be the most successful of them

Here is a link to some FM predictions for a years time, many already wrong. I will bump it up as well in case the link doesn't work for other people.

I am sure there were many others.

It is quite funny watching people get so wound up on various threads here about these so called celebs.

I love the you can slag off everyone else, but not my favorite. I ask one question to the super-fans what have they done to deserve your loyalty. They were on a TV show for 10 weeks. Bekki was slated because she put up some peoples favorite for eviction, but Michelles reaction was for me one of the highlights for me of BB5. If she had kissed Jason, she would have been a hero, but the resulting reaction from Jason would have been no-where near as funny.

I can understand people been mega-fans of say U2, they like there music, so why no go to every concert they go to. But what has Jade done to make her so marketable compared to say Ray. In my opinion they were about the same in entertainment value in the house.

Why indeed....it's up there with the disappearance of Lord Lucan, Shergar and Richey from the Manics.

Hi puh-puh-puh, I see your puh-puh-stalker is back. They are rapidly becoming the most annoying thing in the UK!

Certainly for the mods, anyway!

I even saw a post where someone referred to "being PPP'd" a la "being Danned" - before long it will overtake "Chav" as the word/phrase of the moment!

Anyway, must dash - I have a Michelle mask to make!

Actually, speaking of Mich, Pie Jesu would fit the stalker's last moniker, ie:

"Puh-puh-stirrrrrrr-errrrrrrrr......
Puh-puh-stirrrrrrr-errrrrrrrr....."

I had not thought about that as a potentail costume to go to the halloween party in. I was thinking of something like a vampire. You could start a trend of people going to parties dressed up as Michelle.

I'm just full of bright ideas, me!

No, I can't do it - can't shamelessly take the credit for such genius; I must come clean - it was actually john-john's idea....

Oh yes seen that part of the thread now.

Please children, don't go trick or treating with Michelle masks on, you don't want to scare all the old people. They won't give you any treats if you do, stick to the old favorites like the bleeding mask.
