A spoilt brat with a lisp. However, could you really see Haya being in the final and risk winning which would mean two consecutive ethnic minorities winning? Sugar would have been slaughtered for positive discrimination. I thought Haya was lucky to have survived anyway and James annoyed me with his slouching in the boardroom, until he realised he'd won the task.
I got the feeling even LS wanted the 2 Harrys and Lizzie to win! Prefer James to win now but not impressed with either's personalities; they'll both succeed whatever though.
I think Zara's been head and shoulders above the rest from day one.
I hope she wins.
And in my opinion, negatively viewed traits of hers would be intepreted very differently if she was a guy (who would be considered "assertive" and "passionate" instead).

What does Haya's ethnicity have to do with anything

I have to agree with you... James seems quite dull and definitely very monotone and he never seems very energetic or enthusiastic about anything! My favourite two people were on the losing team and I wanted Harry H to win. I think Alan Sugar would have preferred the two Harrys in the final....
Zara will walk all over James next week!! I can picture her walking over everyone to move up the promotion ladder in her future work life!!!

IMO, If two black people on the trot have won the YA, I think there would have been cries of positive discrimination. Haya going through to the final didn't necesssarily mean her winning but I am cynical.
That Zara is so up herself, can`t believe any employer would touch her with a barge pole - she`d scare every potential client away - and who would work alongside a madam like that, with her plummy pretentious voice. Its a shame she has an aura of being superior and way above everyone else. She`s confident she will win.
I wanted Harry Hitchens to win. I`m sure LS wanted him to as well, but he`s now left with the pushy plum and James.

I honestly don't think anyone would have batted an eyelid.

If they were the best candidate then what would it matter ?
The lad who won last year was demonstrably the best candidate.
Having said that I think Haya was the weakest of the three in the winning team.

She won't last if she acts same way towards real life customers. What she needs are a lot of hard knocks, then and only then, will she learn how to behave towards customers. She hasn't learned anything being in the show

It wouldn't matter to me but I cannot believe that there wouldn't be questions asked. Look at what gets talked about in any of these reality programmes and it includes sexuality and ethnicity - every time because it's a talking point.
Zara comes across as a very intelligent and articulate young lady which might make her seem rather smug. She would be the obvious choice hands down. Full credit to her.
I don't think Lord Sugar will choose poor young James over her but then who knows what the final task results will be.

i agree. she seems like a very bright, very motivated young person and i congratulate her. before people leave unkind comments about her personality or what she's wearing, remember she (like all the contestants) are children. sometimes i can't believe how mean-spirited some comments are so it's worth remembering the people you are insulting and making snide remarks about are children.
Didn't stop people on the XF board calling Janet really vile names.
I don't have a problem with Zara, other than the fact that she's got a superiority complex and she mistakenly thinks that to get to the top you have to tread on others to get there. But hopefully as she matures she'll learn that this isn't the only way.
She's very bright, sparky, articulate and confident. She *should* beat James hands down. Just a shame she isn't up against Harry H in the final.
Zara’s only problems seems to be she’s intelligent, extremely articulate, puts her points across well and always sits up straight and doesn’t slump. In the land of the perpetual ‘innit’ and not knowing the difference between ‘of’ and ‘have’ Zara’s been interesting to watch so win or lose the girl will have a good future in front of her.
