Agree that. She's not only able to read him but she now usually knows when not to speak and look too pushy . Monday she didn't jump in first to say why she should stay or suggest who should go. She's pretty consistently picked the right people to go herself too - Haya this week was a better argument than James.. She's also good at explaining and spotting arguiments coming her way. This week she saw she might have done one weaker presentation, and then spotted the argument about the taste was also coming her way - and she got Nick to kill one threat and killed the other argument herself with perfect logic. Kate could do a lot of that, Liz was less good at spotting a problem coming her way, but Zara's good at it all . She's stirred up some of Lord Sugars' issues with well spoken smart females, but because she's so much younger he seems not to be as frightened that he's got another Michelle situation or another Katie on his hands - which helped kill Kate and Liz's chances.
