Pas as you are a nurse I think what does it mean when your fingers are really sensitive to pressure and feel like they are burning like blisters,are puffy and feel like they have water in them on tops from knuckle to tip ?

can be just over use, try resting your fingers , could be a sign of arthritis or many other underlying problems.
reduce your salt intake, take ibrobrufen if its uncomfortable and keep your hands warm.
if the problem persists ask your GP

Thanks Pas , am sure its not over use will try Ibuprofen and cutting down salt.But am worried its Arthritis but thought that would mean your symptoms were more joint pain if it was.
