Hi peeps! OMG we have had some fierce gale force wind today Gusts up to 100 miles an hour, or so I've been told

We all got sent home from work at 11 a.m. which was a bit unexpected. All the schools were closed and lots of the shops in the town centre were closed as well, including the banks. Lots of debris on the roads and my street looks like a wheelie bin cemetry as this was bin day and all the bins have blown all over the place.

Hope you are all okay and not too affected by the weather - please be safe

However, we are made of stern stuff up here, so I am heading out shortly to go to the pantomime in Glasgow - oh yes I am! We must be mental going out in this weather, but my daughter booked this for all of us as a family treat and we don't want to let her down

Its an oil for your hair! Its really good for frizz and if ya use straighteners and hair dryers its awesome but quite expensive!

So I've been a good girl studying for my exams. Stayed of the sites, & was relatively disciplined. 5 days before the exams I came down with the flu so could not make the exams. Ze gods are playing with me but I'll have the last laugh.... Ze sodding baztadz!

I currently have 'my last' by Big Sean on replay & I'm following it's edict, for the remainder of this year & I'm gonna live the today's as if it's my last & look after the tomorrow's from next year.

Sorry for the ramble, whenever I feel down I always dance it away & it leaves me with a natural high. So I'm sharing...

Just to let you know I am home safe and sound - only slightly dishevelled. Pleased to report the winds have died down here considerably thank goodness!

Hope you are all okay and haven't had too many problems with the weather where you are.

The pantomime was very funny. It was called Mr Merlin - not one of the traditional ones. The theatre it was on in is very small, it only seats about 300 people and has a brilliant atmosphere! Sadly tonight there were a lot of no-shows because of the weather, but it was a good laugh and the cast (only 6 of them!) worked their socks off! Good fun all round

Anyway peeps, off to bed for me:yawn:
