Yep. What we saw in that clip was just a small fraction of what must have been a 2-3 hour discussion.

One of the things that really bugged me about Burpgate and the Burp task, were that everyone (well Jem ) kept saying that "it's only a burp" etc.

I dont think it was them burping that was the problem so much as that they were doing it in his face / in his ear.

Cant say I have a problem with burps but I certainly dont want folk doing it in my face etc

Also probably because it was specifically FAYE that was doing it probably upset him more than had it just been Jay and Jem for example.

Have to say tho, for all I hated Jem in that task - I loved his voice breaking in the DR and the "bullied by burps" comment

I think the biggest problem was that Jem was doing it with malice. She enjoyed annoying him and he could tell. Even if he'd known it was a task I think he would have been upset about it.

I admit he did have a smile on his face and it may have been for the reason you state, I think the best thing to do is put it down to the cursed drink, otherwise we will be for ever trying to work it out.

Think its to do with the "celebration" of it - making it a big thing. He was the same with Jay and Louise. Its fine to do it but why make a big production of it like a four year old might.

Yeah, her glee was very distasteful and for me spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. Even Faye being reluctant in the first instance, then suggesting they leave it after just a few burps wasn't enough for her to back off Nasty, nasty piece of work.


Very true. Had it just been Jay and Shadyloo, he'd probably have just tut tutted and rolled his eyes but because Faye was involved, he got upset and annoyed.

I still dont blame him for being angry at folk doing it in his ear tho - I'd have smacked Jem one and walked out the door

You have to be more subtle than that. The thing to do is, after it's happened the first time you can expect it, and just when they lean in to belch in your ear again, up goes your elbow to protect yourself and "ooops! was that somebodys nose just got smacked?"

Anyone else a little uneasy that we've heard nothing from the happy couple or even any second hand information since Saturday? Surely they're not still nursing sore heads.

I think we have to get used to periods where they dont tweet for ages and i wouldnt want them to feel under pressure or for them to feel an obligation to tweet everyday.

I think they get fed up with the constant follow me requests it would drive me barmy, I have and never will ask anyone to follow me.

Faye was adding people to her f/b yesterday this she can do without being pestered.

However they seem to enjoy the interaction & when out and about they have been very generous towards well wishers. I'm sure all is well & yesterday was Sunday after all. Just kind of surprised that nobody has commented on seeing them. It would just be nice to know they are well.

There are some pics of Aaron on his f/b which seem to be from Saturday night, one person on there says he and three others met Aaron, It looks like Faye did not go out with him as they are not pictured together or mentioned together, maybe she went to a different party.

I don't think we have to worry about anything. Normal life is probably resuming. Honestly I'd rather hear nothing at all than the rubbish that we get from Jay (& co).
