•Day 33: "Despite the snow, Love is heating up.
Being part of the stranded 6 sure has its perks. Aaron and Faye have had a chance to discuss their relationship. Earlier the two cuddled up and Aaron asked Faye what she meant when she said, “we were just friends.” Faye replied, “We are friends aren’t we? More than friends but I don’t know what to call it. What would you call it? I feel we’re heading... but you know what I mean?” Aaron then told her, “We had this discussion last night. How drunk were you? When other people have said what’s going on with you and Faye I wouldn’t have said we are friends. I would’ve said something like... I’m not sure, we're just going along with things, things are going nicely.”
Aaron then went on to say, “ I feel like it's... progressed to... it feels like a relationship if I’m honest, but obviously there’s a risk about saying that, but I feel like I’ve bought into the concept of us” Faye, confused by what he was saying, stated: “That doesn’t sound good.” Aaron revealed his worries about the eviction on Friday, “I’m more nervous about Friday and I’d hate if one of us left. We’ll never get this opportunity to spend this much time with each other again. I don’t feel like whatever has happened is just cos of being in here.” Both of them smiled at each other but cheeky Faye added, “I wont be moving to Weston Super Mare any time soon.”

One BB thing amongst many that bugged me this year was how little we saw of Faye in the diary room talking about Aaron, here is a C5 post.


Day 43

Faye is in the diary room talking about Aaron. Faye says that they had previously decided to give their relationship a go and that she was over the moon as she really “fancies the pants of him” adding that she fears she sounds like a bunny boiler when she speaks about Aaron."

"Faye is still talking about Aaron to Big Brother in the diary room. She says that Aaron is amazing and that even when he pisses her off she can just let it go adding that she would love to spend lots of time with him as she really likes him."

I still cannot fathom why they did that

We never saw all that much of Faye in the DR at all really.

It was binned because it did not fit the story line, its sad we never got to see Faye enthusing about Aaron, she must have said a lot in the diary room over the weeks.

Yeah that's right. I remember thinking at the time that it was probably some perverse punishment because of our protest vote on the Friday, leaving it as the original Jay v Anton eviction.

Then I saw a spoiler on here that included those Faye DR moments.

It certainly didn't fit the whole "Aaron is using her" / "manipulating her" angle, did it

Thanks Sue & Heaven Sent, day 49 has got to be one of the nicest episodes.

There was something very odd about that HL show. It was the only one I remember all season where spoilers of a full recap leaked ahead of the show's airing.

The show that aired did include several moments described in the leaked recap, which confirmed the source, but all the Aaron/Faye stuff was cut.

Definitely gave the impression that there was a last-minute decision to scrap the Aaron/Faye footage in favor of that weird week-long recap, and someone inside may have been sufficiently annoyed to have leaked the original episode description.

Conspiracy theory? Anyone remember anything else about how that went down?

Those spoilers are very interesting indeed (are their any more?), especially her diary room chat's. Although they were conspicuous by their absence it was obvious watching that there must have been plenty of DR chats?

It was very frustrating not seeing Faye and Aaron to a lesser extent in this way, as there must have been tons of stuff like this. After all that's what the diary room is for.

It was all very strange. nobody could understand why they were watching a half hour recap of everything we had seen, It was obviously a last minute decision from above not to show Aaron in a good light,

All we saw on that nights highlights was Aaron messing Faye about because she had suggested they cool things until after the show, they then argued in the bathroom, all the nice diary room stuff would not fit in.

Day 15: Sexy time

This morning the housemates have been talking about all things sexy. The conversation went to some unmentionable places with Jay being very graphic about his preferences on hair, and Tom explaining enhancements to Anton. Things seem to be heating up between some of the quieter housemates as well, after Aaron had the joys of both Faye and Maisy deciding to give him some midnight snuggles yesterday.



Could we be seeing the start of an Autumn of love?

Day 21: Taking the kiss

We know that in the dark of last night and under the watchful eye of Big Brother Aaron and Faye shared a somewhat passionate embrace. It was long coming as the two had been flirting incessantly for a while now. However, after the night before comes the day after. Luckily neither of them had to attempt the classic embarrassing walk of shame but this hasn’t stopped some of the housemates having a giggle about the last night’s passion though.



A little while earlier in the living room Harry joked to Faye about Aaron, “You were his b***h last night.” Faye quickly replied, “I drew the cards.” Tom then joined in the conversation, “Next thing you know kids running round.” Harry further joked with a giggling Faye, “We both know what went on. Don’t think I don’t know from my spies and I’ve got 2 eyes myself.”



Harry then smacked his lips together and teased Faye by making kissing noises at her and chanting, “When she looks at Aaron, she sees love.” Faye seemed to make light of Harry winding her up and just laughed it off. Harry was really getting some fun out of teasing Faye and scoffed,” You shouldn’t get into boy’s beds.” Mark then started to sing romantic love songs at her. Cue more giggling.



Something tells us this may go on for some while but one thing is for sure the smirk on Faye’s face says she really doesn’t mind…..

I see there's some sort of BB Xmas wrap party on tonight, that some ex-BBers are attending.

Someone on twitter suggested Aaron and Faye might be going, but whether they had any basis for that, I don't know?

Day 10 is still one of my favourites too, as most of the episode is about Faye's task then the date, which I still giggle at along with them, when I watch it again

I am also partial to them having a dance in the garden in white with someone I have a lot of feelings for.

Chocy kiss always makes me smile, there are quite a few lovely or funny moments when I stop and think about it.

Yup - was watching an episode from before the Halloween noms the other day and they are in the bedroom chatting about whether Aaron will nominate or not. He is in bed and she is unpacking from surviving eviction.

There is nothing particularly special about it, but my thought as I watched was that it was a very natural, couply scene lol

I loved the one in the bedroom when she is fixing his hair and he says she annoys him and she just replies "nothing new there!" LOL

Cant remember what day that was, but again - just a natural couply thing to say haha

That was day 49 the same day Aaron said he loved her, it was the typical way a couple behave just so natural.

The other thing I loved about them dancing in the garden in white with someone they had feelings for (LOL) was that just the night before she looked really awkward as he chased her around trying to get her to dance with him.

I said at the time that I thought that was just a moment of self awareness about the cameras etc (also later when she doesn't want to kiss as here was a camera right beside them) and given her ease at dancing in the garden with him with no music just the next morning, I really do think that was the case.

That was a good episode too - later him saying about singing "just the two of us" at her wedding - pmsl

Yep and just previous to that he said he would sing "The girl is mine" - subliminal messages there, and at the end of that scene she gave a big sign and than a big smile which he returned - she understood what he was saying

That was the day of the cleaning task with Kim Woodburn - Aaron and Alex doing the "mission impossible" task to get to the diary room was very funny

Looks lie she'll need a bit of Aaron TLC today ! I'm not surprised she is under the weather, didn't she recently have a bad cold swiftly followed by the big move, she must be feeling run down!!

my opinion for what its worth is that it wasn't so much a conscious decision to cut AAron and faye stuff, but the edit they had I think made very little sense without much of the backgrounds that they had failed to put in the week before Therefore they had to include a 25 minute recap otherwise the average viewer wouldn't have had a clue where all the story lines and threads came from as most of the key moments had just been put on twitter or FB or not at all and left out of the main HLs. Therefore i think they felt that they needed to include all that in order to make sense of most of what was going on in the programme.

Hmm, it would not make sense because Faye was supposed to be getting used by Aaron, showing her in the diary room gushing about Aaron was out of context with the way he was shown in the rest of the episode.
