Faye could change her passwords as its Aaron who is doing it first, the problem with that though is I assume Faye finds it funny.
If they are genuine then it's very sweet, if they are messing about with each other's twitter then it's affectionate banter/teasing so it's good either way

It might just be they have access to each others' phones. You don't normally need to type your password to tweet on your own phone as it's logged in all the time.
Alternatively, they may just be having fun with their audience and deliberately collaborating to wind us up
