I would go to bed and have to get up again to reboot the PC in the hope all was well, on reflection it was always going to be alright but we never knew that at the time.

Another thing I had a bit of a giggle about with Faye. We were talking about how they would show them having a few words, or Aaron in a sulk and then we would see 20 seconds of them chatting, and often nothing at all. The tweets bore little resemblance to the edits and the next thing we would see was them waking up together in the morning. There was a lot of head scratching going on to try to piece it all together.

I spoke to Faye about her not being in the house, but it was more about missing not seeing her / them together and how fantastic she was outside.

There are a few things I wanted to say to them both but forgot as unfortunately my nervousness, excitement and the various vodka and cokes got the better of me, I'm afraid

Sue it was exhausting! I remember you and I Spending weeks convincing Aaron fans to keep Faye over Harry, then Faye over Lou and then the last week trying to convince Faye fans to vote for Aaron!

They showed them rowing in the bathroom and in the next highlights showing them waking up in bed together and Marcus Bently saying Aaron and Faye are back together again with no footage in between - it was very bizarre editing!

I was convinced that if he moped in the last week, it would effect him winning as any casual voters wouldn't plump for someone sulking.

Thankfully Operation Poppet was conceived and we had nothing to worry about in the end
