Who listens to Radio One that early in the morning? I doubt anyone cares or that it will influence his chances.

They were talking about it yesterday too Scott Mills was on about it on his show yesterday afternoon too.

I never heard the show so what was it he did that made them say he was rude?

I'm guessing whatever it was it was because he was ill as let's face it that does make you grumpy. Everyone else that has had dealings with him say he is the nicest person. Even all the Daily Mail reports about him where their reporters have visited the studios say he is such a nice guy.

I could see him having an off day if he's worried about his throat for the final.

Not a huge fan of Marcus, the constant smiley smiley I'm so nice and happy to be here seems a bit artificial, but I don't think he's some monster in secret.

The DS story about him being 'banned from singing' with Gary Barlow at some gig also seems quite negative [it's only when you click on said article that it's headline changes to 'too ill to...'].

Think DS' fave to win one of the other two methinks then.

I saw it on the webcam, he didnt do anything wrong, he just wasnt allowed to talk, and vernon kept trying to get him to talk. He was wrapped up in a big hat and scarf wearing a big badge saying voice rest, so trying to make him talk was a bit daft, but Vernon did seem a bit rude to all of them to be honest. I just thought it was because he was from a Strictly family, the only one who really spoke from Little Mix was Jesy, the others just stood there, and Amelia bless her would answer the question asked but kept trailing off, like er, ermmm.....
I did think Vernon wasnt that great with them all, and they had loads of calls yesterday saying stop being mean to Marcus and get well soon.

Well let's face it, Janet and Misha have both gone now so the media have obviously picked Marcus as the next "monster". Meh.

I've only ever heard very positive things about Marcus from people who have come across him, i've seen so many people, not just fans but celebs and press who have met him as well, saying things like "he's one of the nicest blokes i've ever met". So this does not seem right at all. I'm sure it was probs a bad day or him being quiet cus of being ill.

And btw, i'm not a massive Marcus fan or anything, i support Little Mix, but that is the kind of thing i always hear from people.

Is this because he couldn't speak whilst they were on the show as he was on Voice Rest

OK, My OH heard it yesterday on his way to work and he said he thought Vernon was being rude to them all, so it wasnt just me.

Thanks for your input, nice to have someone who saw it comment about them all not just Marcus.

I sound like a crazy guy who's obsessed with hating on Marcus but I think he's a good singer but yeah he isn't nice in real life at all and very fake and think he's above everybody else whilst out clubbing in Liverpool! Ofcourse he's going to be "the nicest person to meet" right now because he's in the spotlight and loving the attention I mean come on he wants to win so he's going to act all nice. I don't get how you guys can't see behind that stupid grin he constantly does. His boyfriend is a horrible person too who still tries to live off the Eton Road name.

I was in Thorntons in Liverpool Central Station a couple of years back and he had popped in and was talking to the woman behind the counter as he knew her. I was in the queue and he was telling her how he was performing in a charity event with Mel C. Yeah that's fine but he then kept bringing it up to her repeating it and looked around for a response and I was just like .. awkward. He then looked annoyed and swiflty went out.

As i said previously, ive met Marcus a few times prior to the show due to his Eton Road connection and found him nothing but likeable and pleasant to his fans; Now he has the same sense of humour as i do which some people may not get, but he is in no way rude and up himself as some people have portrayed him on here; He even arranged for 2 of his young fans to get tickets to go and see him at his homecoming tomorrow, and always has had lots of time for his fans both prior to x Factor and now

Moyles and Mills? Don't put any stock in what those egotistical delusional cretins say, neither would know talent if it bit them on the backside.
