homechoice speed
anyone noticed if their homechoice internet speed has been slower than normal over the past few days? speed tests appear to have verified it - i was getting 8-900 kbps on the adslguide speed test (with wireless setup, so that knocks it down from the full 1mb) and now getting on average 5-600kps. just seems a bit more sluggish!

My 512k connection still averages 501k down / 264k up (actual) and 541/285 (estimated inc overheads) which is much the same as previously. So nothing's changed here...

I too have the same problem... i get less than 30k download speed.. I think it is a Wireles setup issue. May be HC should have some setup information on their website.

update: think it was me. my dns settings were wrong so it looked like things were going much slower than they actually were...
no probs using 1mb homechoice and apple airport express... ...but i still want a free upgrade to 2mbs, they introduced that a week or two after i got installed... grr |
