I didn't mean that I take my tablet to these places - the phone is enough. And I am a wrinklie too, but that doesn't stop me travelling (but then I am fortunate with my health - so far)

It was quite amusing in the hotel - WiFi only seemed to work in one corner of reception and there was always a cluster of people with their phones, laptops and one young lad (I guess about 14) who seemed permanently welded to his iPad

Sorry, didn't mean to found pathetic and my physical health UOL It's just that Agoraphobia is a bit debilitating to a certain extent and don't travel as widely and as freely as I used to.

Yep another wrinklie here,could you compare the Xoom with the iPad 2?

Sorry, no since I have never used an iPad2. All I can say is that I am well pleased with the Xoom and using it now. Plus it has the Android Market and the latest version of Honeycomb (3.2).

It's also better than a phone for playing Angry Birds

Edit OK,daft as a brush just seen it on previous post.

Does the update now allow you to use an external usb hard drive? Cheers.
