Why would Josie assume John was embarrassed to take her to Oz? His bestest mate Turtle had met her, Paul too I think, and his Mum. All his other mates in Oz must have seen her in BB.

I was sad to read that tweet from Harry too. I don't know anything, but why would they not be invited to their moms? It seems she may have an issue with the men in her life coming first.

She's said before she has a huge issue with Christmas. It makes her sad, she wants to do it family style when she gets married, but for now it seems painful for her.

I'm not meaning to be insensitive here, but I'm hoping going to Ireland with Luke is a step in the healing direction for Josie and Christmas.

I just want to say, nobodys perfect, we are all human, we all have insecurities, we are all capable of twisting things, we are all capable of little white lies that can turn into gynormous great big ones, we are all capable of stubborness, we are all capable of getting angry, we are all capable of being hurt, we are all capable of tears, we are all capable of anything. none of us are perfect, we are not saints. Why because none of us are robots - we are all humans. And that is why I love Josie and John.

What I was saying before about 3 sides

Josie's story is that he wouldn't take her to Oz - and you're saying it's because he was embarrased about her weight - well IF that was true there IS NO WAY that Josie would have been calling him her lobster on twitter - she's WAY to proud for that.

Now this is coming from my own experience and based on watching Josie on BB and what I've read in magazines since - she was the one with the insecurity of her weight

She said in the kitchen to Mario - he wouldn't want me - look at me.

She said to John why do you want to be my friend - Im fat I've got freckles and I smoke.

Now I can relate to that - I've recently lost a lot of weight but before I used to wonder (and ask) my bloke similar things - and I knew that he loved me but wondered why

Sooo what I'm saying is Josie could well have gotten it into her own mind that he didn't want her there - and she'd believe it.

Yes, but the most sad thing about their breakup to me is that in the house, John was patient with her and seemed to understand that about her to a point. Outside the house, that didn't seem to be the case anymore. I know there were tons of other things, but I think his patience with her in the house (which was great) helped them get through a lot.

Though he did tell her, he wouldn't back down outside the house. So I guess he did warn her.

I could go on and on about telling oneself about something they haven't done but they convince theirselves they have when blatenly they haven't. It's someone very close to me who does sweet nothing but convinces herself she does it all - hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm NO SHE FLUFFIN DOESN'T - I FLUFFIN DO - Night all

I think Josie projected a lot of her negative insecurities about her weight looks, onto him, I dont believe he had an issue with her weight at all or her looks, didnt he tell her that she was gorgeous, when she felt far from gorgeous in the house. She was always putting herself down about her weight, looks etc and he couldnt understand it, he asked her dont you think your attractive at all and she said I m average, he shook his head in disbelief. That mindset didnt change for her when she left the house and went to live with him, in fact it probably got worse, thats one of the main things they must have argued over as the topic came up so much since. And it was all for nothing, cause he didnt care about her weight.

Makes sense. Rather than people calling her an out and out liar and nothing she says is the truth people need to look for the why. Why would someone lie. I lie to protect my feelings (and to get out of trouble obvs.)

Sure. I totally get that. But he didn't take her. And when someone loves another person, they reassure them if they have insecurities. Like the night JJ came into the house. Josie whispered to him that night that he was better looking, he dressed better, etc, etc. She could tell he felt a little insecure and she bigged him up.

Josie does have insecurities with her body. But John's responses in magazines was he didn't care about her weight. While yes, on the surface that seems good, but it doesn't tell her he's attracted to her or likes it. Contrast that with Luke's description of her calling her sexy. Which one do you think made her feel better about herself?

I'm not saying he had to or should have done that. Just showing the different ways to handling someone's insecurities.
