Not really. Gary/Take That have performed with finalists before and I'm pretty sure each time he lost.

Little Mix do actually - Marcus has had throat problems, Amelia's had laryngitis, and the backlash of HMV. and they are the only contestant atm not linked to any controversy 
Really, I'm thinking of calling that duet segment something else more appropriate - nap time.
I'm looking forward to the other two far more, not because they will necessarily be better, they may not be, but because I have no idea what to expect.
Barlow and Marcus have two problems, always a woman is a great , great song (Ive seen Billy Joel several times, at his peak, fantastic entertainer), but its not a 'wow' song , and hes more predictable than rain on a bank holiday.
its going to be gary on piano and marcus singing, I like marcus, but he isnt strong enoough vocally to pull that off well enough to get the big reaction.
I have no idea what the other two will sound like, the biggest potential wow factor is Tulisa, because an awful lot of the audience wont have even heard her sing before, that could well be the deciding factor.

Marcus has always had it in the bag- let him win and flop. He is only there by default as the rest of the boys categroy were crap.

Someone mentioned this in another thread, but if people were going to vote because they like Gary, or Kelly, or Tulisa, they would be doing so already by voting for their acts.
