Who were the worst contestants?

Dom - made my flesh crawl and Lilia's too I reckon
Craig - I wanna go to Blackpool and I think I'm great
Mark Foster - nice chap but Tess trying to sex him up was grim
Lulu - enough said
Jan Ravens - zero sense of humour, bizarrely
Carole Vorderman - in love with herself, friend of Lulu
Rav Wilding - proof that personality and beefcake rarely go together

So this thread has nothing to do with their dancing, just bitching up their personalities? Doesn't seem a very nice idea for a thread to me

Oh dear. Sense of humour failure. So sorry. Of couse I include the dancing - none of the ones I've included could dance. Heavy sigh.

As the question was asked, I'd not disagree with any of the choices, but I'd put the self-obsessed and constantly attention seeking Esther Rancid at the top of the list.

Can I add to your list Gary Rhodes - odious fellow whom even Karen couldn't teach.

Craig Kelly - For Dad dancing and having no idea how awful he was.

Thanks doghouse. Thought it was all a bit of fun and good gossip. Should have added that as Rav Wilding didn't have any personality, it would be hard to criticise it.

Diarmuid Gavin, he danced as if his feet were encased in the concrete he so favours when constructing his gardens.

Anne Widdecombe - for making up her own rules and NOT dancing.

The worst dancer to ever take up hold was the motor guy, Quentin Wilson. After that, but mostly due to personality, Craig.

Paul Daniels - odious little man.

Widdie was worse than the rest of the worst put together imo, with not a single solitary redeeming feature...

Some way back in a tight group there's also Paul (Smeagol) Daniels, Dom the Groper, Jan (how to make yourself look like a sour old trout in 5secs flat) Ravens and finally Carol Vorderman, who I don't mind most of the time but whose 'passion face' scared the living crap out of me

Oh, and I've just noticed that the charmless Gary Rhodes gets a mention a couple of posts back, and he's also on my list too

Quentin Wilson, Top Gear presenter - first out series 2. Danced a Cha Cha Cha with 'L' plates on
Danced with Hazel Lastnameescapesme.

He presented a motoring programme (it's name escapes me) and he "danced" with L plates on his back. The unfortunate pro must have been so traumatised she never appeared again
