Hmm.

You are entitled to be bitchy about people you don't even know, if you really think that is a 'fun' and worthwhile past time. But if we followed your logic, then surely, someone you don't know could start a thread about you and say hateful, spiteful and scandalous things based on nothing particularly substantial?

Most people have a bit of common decency though, not to mention something more worthwhile to do with their time, so I think you are safe.

In situations where people are saying spiteful things for no particular reason, I personally feel what a person says reflects more on them than the person they are talking about.

You seem to forget people are commenting on those they see on TV. They aren't people they know, nor do they need to know them to make a comment on what they see.

I can never understand why some posters "get all protective" about such people who wouldn't really care that they had "rushed to their defence."
They are "people on the telly" praise and criticism go hand in hand with the job.

Joe Calzaghe for me - not really bothered about personalities, my 'awful' contestants are the worst dancers too

fiona phillips, la garraway, etc. I mean how can a grown woman not stand up straight!

I don't enjoy watching bad dancing

Awwww!

Agree about standing up straight. But also sympathise with boxers who are taught to crouch almost. So maybe a tad harsh with Joe. And all credit to Audley who managed to develop a really good posture.

I'm no dancer, but was Garraway really as bad as Phillips?

Awww, I loved Goldie, he was in the "went too soon" category for me with Martina Hingis and Spoony.

I think Nancy has been the most awful contestant we've ever had. She didn't want to be there in the first place. Very odd woman!

Give me a six-figure sum to learn to dance with Ola for a few months, and you can post what you like about me on here.

I never warmed to Cherie at all. Don't know what it was about her.

The celeb dancer I probably least enjoyed watching was Fiona Phillips.

My 'Ignore' list is getting longer every day.

Any road up:

Agree with Craig Kelly, Ann Widdecombe, Carol Vordeman, Esther Rantzen, Blulu. And I will add Rachel Stevens [dead behind the eyes] Natalie Cassidy [the bows, the bows!!] and Jo Wood [lovely woman, couldn't dance for toffee] and Rssell Grant [obviously].
