Sheehan and Hastings is a rather ghastly combination.
It was quite painful, at one point Sheehan tried to blame Munster's handling errors on them not being used to playing in the afternoon!

No Martin Gillingham? His BT Move confirming a Sky nail in the coffin?
Surprisingly and thankfully not, he was in France yesterday for Castres vs Northampton. I never managed to work out who his co-comm was

I don't understand why they don't use Rory Hamilton on the Scottish games. At least he's a proper commentator.

And if they wanted a 'Munster' co-comm Alan Quinlan would be much better than Sheehan.

Shockingly bad too. I am usually a glass half full man with British Eurosport and the BDO but this guy was very poor.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next year with Mace playing on the BDO tour and Wazza coming out with his very patronising put downs of the BDO.

Didn't realise that Mace was going back to the BDO, how do you think he will do?

I always thought a few years ago he had all the attributes to get to the top, but mentally he struggled.

As for Wazza, i think his constant put downs have got boring now.
Funny he didn't do it as much when he covered the grand slam and a BDO player was doing well in a match.

I have messaged Premier Sports a few times asking a few questions about subscribing to it. They haven't replied to one. Awful service.

Saracens v Toulouse- Miles Harrison & Stuart Barnes
Leicester v. Treviso- Scott Hastings & Matt Perry

Cardiff v. Toulon- Bob Symonds & Pat Sanderson
Leinster v. Castres- Martin Gillingham & Shane Horgan
Montpelier v. Ulster- Johnnie Hammond & Tyrone Howe
Munster v. Gloucester- Mark Robson & Ieuan Evans
Scarlets v. Racing Metro- Andrew Cotter & Scott Quinnell

Northampton v. Ospreys- Miles Harrison & Stuart Barnes

Hastings was in Perpignan and Hammond in Clermont today but not sure who they were with.

I'd assume Simon Ward did Zebre v. Connacht.

Ray French is retiring from TV commentaries after the World Cup. Probably overdue to be honest but he was a good commentator in his time with some wonderful turns of phrase.
