F1 Russian GP (Sky Sports)

Presenter: Simon Lazenby presenting from the Sochi Autodrom in Russia
Pundits: Martin Brundle, Johnny Herbert, Paul Di Resta
Commentators: David Croft, Martin Brundle with Ted Kravitz in the pit lane
Reporter: Rachael Brookes

During the pre-race show Simon handed to Crofty so that he could read negative 'conspiracies' clam tweets to Toto which the fans had sent on Mercedes and Toto automatically laid the smackdown on.

Simon presented The F1 Show with Johnny Herbert. Paul only made a cameo appearance with Crofty at the Skypad this time, and yes before I forget Paul doubled up as pundit and Skypad analyst again for the weekend.

And finally Natalie Pinkham is presenting F1 Report tomorrow with Priestly and Crofty.

F1 Russian GP (Channel 4)

Presenter: Steve Jones presenting from the Sochi Autodrom in Russia
Pundit: David Coulthard
Commentators: Ben Edwards, David Coulthard with Karun Chandhok in the pit lane
Reporter: Lee Mckenzie

Felt like the qualifying build-up was too long for a highlights program but other than it coverage was fine as usual. Karun was used a lot more as well which is always a good thing.

John Gwynne made another cameo on the Sky darts today, he was there as a spectator but commentated on the first match because Wayne Mardle was stuck in traffic.

Munster v Scarlets (Guinness Pro12) (Saturday)

Gareth Roberts hosted from the studio, with Dr Gwyn Jones and Deiniol Jones. You had Gareth Charles and Emyr Lewis on commentary, with Rick o'Shea and Jamie Robinson on the english language version.

Catrin Heldd was *sort of* updating viewers to the other scores (they would flash up near the scorebar anyway) whilst a wet Owain Gwynedd was interviewer.

At the end of the programme, Gareth Roberts announced this was his last time presenting the show, and wished us all the best.

Any idea who will replace Gareth Roberts at S4C? Might Sarra Elgan make the jump, given she seems to be well behind Martin Bayfield in the BT pecking order, whereas they used to share pretty equally the games Craig Doyle didn't present?

Not sure to be honest. What with Sport Wales also finishing on BBC2 they might even get Gareth Rhys Owen or more likely Dot Davies to do some presenting.

Considering it was his first commentary on equestrianism i thought he did a very good job, commentating somewhere like Badminton is hard work, hopefully he will be at Burghley after the Olympics have finished
