World Rugby U20 Championship

I've put together most of the world feed details from the U20s using the highlights videos:

Matchday 1
Pool C – South Africa v Japan: Simon Ward & Carlo del Fava
Pool C – France v Argentina: Scott Hastings & Rob Vickerman
Pool A – Wales v Ireland: Wyn Gruffydd & Shane Horgan
Pool B – Australia v Scotland: Jonathan Harris-Bass & Rory Lawson
Pool B – England v Italy: Martin Gillingham & Dewi Morris
Pool A – New Zealand v Georgia: Hugh Cahill & Kingsley Jones

Matchday 2
Pool A – New Zealand v Ireland: Hugh Cahill & ???
Pool B – Australia v Italy: Jonathan Harris-Bass & Carlo del Fava
Pool A – Wales v Georgia: Wyn Gruffydd & Kingsley Jones
Pool C – France v Japan: ??? & Dewi Morris
Pool B – England v Scotland: Martin Gillingham & Rory Lawson
Pool C – South Africa v Argentina: Scott Hastings & Rob Vickerman

Matchday 3
Pool B – Scotland v Italy: Scott Hastings & Carlo del Fava

Pool A – New Zealand v Wales: Wyn Gruffydd & ???
Pool A – Ireland v Georgia: Hugh Cahill & Shane Horgan

Pool C – South Africa v France: Martin Gillingham & Rory Lawson

Matchday 4
5th-8th place game – New Zealand v Wales: Simon Ward & Kingsley Jones
9th-12th place game – Georgia v Italy: Jonathan Harris-Bass (suspect no co-comm)
Semi-final – Ireland v Argentina: Wyn Gruffydd & Scott Hastings
9th-12th place game – France v Japan: ??? (suspect no co-comm)
Semi-final – England v South Africa: Martin Gillingham & Dewi Morris

Matchday 5
11th/12th place game – Italy v Japan: Jonathan Harris-Bass (suspect no co-comm)

There's one main comm I can't identify with what sounds like an English accent, and a couple of appearances as a co-comm from someone with what sounds like a Kiwi accent.

Nick Faldo will be working for Sky Sports for The Open this year, as he let it slip this morning on Sky Sports News HQ .he will also be working for USA tv..
so it will be interesting so see how much we hear of him..
Colin Montgomerie qualified for The Open today so you won't hear as much of him over (at a minimum) Days 1 and 2

Will raise some eyebrows that Sky have sent their mainstays to that and not the WGC in Ohio

Anyway nice to see old Bruce get a rare outing. Hope he'll be at The Open too.

I've not seen any of the WGC yet - surprised there is not a team onsite if that is the case (bar a reporter probably) for that but I can see why Sky decided to send their A team to France. Double points for Ryder Cup and places for The Open. Although I thought Stirk/Lee, Beem and Roe might have been at the WGC like their small team PGA tour on-site coverage.

Another thing to is this WGC event is not sanctioned by the European Tour (this year anyway) due to the squashed schedule, they didn't want to move the French.

And that the new bumper on-site presentation that Sky have given more US events over the past 18 months has been an obligation of the latest PGA tour contract. Which the WGC events aren't covered by.

I saw 5 mins of the WGC yesterday. Rob Lee & Rich Beem were there, and there was a Scottish voice as well.

Per the EPG it appears that Sky isn't showing this week's PGA Tour event at all (Greenbrier Classic).

They are showing the US Womens Open (indeed very extensive coverage, with 5 hours on Day 1 and 2) but even so surely up until now they have always shown every PGA Tour event when they have held the rights even when there is a Womens or Senior major in the same week.
