Presenter: Jon Snow
With: Daraine Mulvihill, Ade Adepitan, Alex Brooker, Adam Hills, Rachel Latham & Danny Crates
Commentators: Krishnan Guru-Murthy & Giles Long

In case you missed it, in the build up and during the parade itself the BBC showed clips from both the Olympics and the Paralympics (with 5 Live commentary) and also interviewed competitors from both games while Channel 4 only showed footage from the Paralympics and concentrated more on the Paralympians. Ben Shepherd & Helen Skelton presented the event at the Queen Victoria Memorial which was shown on both channels

Fair enough but with six man teams it shouldn't be that difficult to work out who was left for Sky after Cavendish crashed. He didn't exactly cover himself in glory today either.

Can I ask, was he ITV's choice, the production company's or the race organiser's?

Before the Men's final Marcus was in their regular US Open Sky studio on the back courts, alongside Becker, Rusdeski and Annabel Croft.

Leif Shiras was reporting courtside before the match too!

What happened to Gary Lineker? I thought he was supposed to co-present with Gabby Logan?

I didn't know that, well he wasn't on today at all.

It was just Gabby and guests and she was far better than Jon Snow on 4 but Channel 4 had Clare Balding, Alex Brooker, Giles Long & Adam Hills involved today so coverage by both teams were really good

As Nat said several times on Sunday Night/Monday Morning, it was Al Michaels in the booth alongside Cris Collinsworth, Dan Hicks filled in for Al on the first of two NBC pre-season games back in August but it was Al that called Sunday's telecast.

Thanks for the correction - I must admit I didn't actually catch Channel 4's Sunday Night Football (I did watch the BBC's coverage on Monday) and with C4 not having uploaded it to 4OD as of yet, I was relying on an NBC press release. It seems as if I got the wrong one!

Annoyingly the game's not on Freeview tonight because some bright spark at the BBC Red Button scheduling department has decided to begin looped re-runs of the James Bond theme tune programme Radio 5 Live did this afternoon at 8pm rather than 9pm. Not best pleased!

That should read Friday 14th, and to be fair to the BBC Red Button crew I believe they are actually televising a further James Bond theme tune programme as it is being broadcast live on Radio 2 that I've learned about since posting that message rather than a re-run of the 5 Live programme from earlier today.
