Sunday 6th January - BBC Two Wales

Scrum V

Ross Harries presented alongside Jonathan Davies and Sean Holley

RaboDirect Pro12
Munster v Cardiff Blues - Wyn Gruffydd
Ospreys v Zebre - Nick Webb
Connacht v Newport Gwent Dragons - Phil Steele (reporting)
Ulster v Scarlets - Gareth Charles and Stuart Davies, with Phil Steele conducting post-match interviews

Principality Premiership
Pontypridd v Neath - Nick Webb
Round-up - Non Evans (reporting)

Interview with Rhys Patchell - Ross Harries
Interview with Liam Williams and Kieran Murphy from Mumbles v Waunarlwydd in the Swalec Plate Second Round - Ross Harries

With apologies to Connacht fans, I'm pleased to hear that Sean Holley has turned down the Connacht job as he's a top, top pundit. He breaks down small facets of the game with real clarity and I find myself learning a lot from his analysis. While he's not a big name in UK-wide terms, I'd like to see him have some involvement in the BBC Network's Six Nations coverage (maybe the Italy v Wales game in his usual Scrum V Live analysis truck role?).

Although it does beg the question as to why he applied for a job he didn't want?

Anyone who thought Persad may have stopped his BBC Commitment's clearly not. He will continue his BBC role(s) along with C4 Racing.

Clare Balding and Jake Humphrey are in the same boat, Clare has tweeted she will continue on Olympic and Commonwealth Games for the BBC while stopping Rugby League and Jake said he can still work on the BBC or another Free to Air Broadcaster on Sport alongside BT. Both of them are only contracted for a certain number of days a year and are free to work for whoever the rest of the year although Clare cannot work on Horse Racing for another Channel and Jake will probably not be allowed to host Football anywhere else

Rishi will probably continue the Bowls which is one week and the Snooker which is over 2 weeks for the World Championship and a week for the Masters and UK Championship

Oh to go back to the days when presenters could work for one broadcaster and only one broadcaster.

Jim Proudfoot has been the find of the Championships for Darts Commentary, I knew him before from talksport and Setanta but he has been excellent, Vassos has also been good and Tony has been the weakest of the three but it is nice to hear him in the box after his Cancer a few years ago. Jim Proudfoot was also away today on Semi Finals Day covering the football for Absolute Radio

I totally agree with you and others on this. Over the years some darts commentators have tended to be a bit gimmicky, especially when they don't do much commentary on it. What's really impressed me with Jim Proudfoot however is the amount of research he's done and the breadth of knowledge it's given him. It's made him sound the most knowledgeable of the three even though it's his first year.

Can't claim to have seen lot's of the BDO Darts - however I think with only a 3 commentators it was a bit short. Needed 1 or 2 more numbers.

Tony Green has sounded well past it this year, unfortunately.

Martin Adams did the first 4 sets of the O'Shea v Harms match, before Green took over from him.

They should try a BDO player like Alan Norris or Scott Mitchell to do it or even try to get John Part back if you want a Darts Player. If not they should try and get someone like John Rawling or Peter Drury

Yes, worthy replacement for Crofty who I thought would be a big miss and for someone new to the Lakeside he fairly knew his stuff about the BDO circuit.

I like Green and glad hes even there to commentate but he has been the weakest of the 3 this year. Also thanks about Adams as I am just going off BBC highlights and haven't seen as much of the Lakeside this year than I usually do because of Uni Exams

Can anyone tell me the NBA commentators on Sky Sports right now? If only for how hilariously awful they are. Only caught the reporter's name (Julie Collins).
