Sorry if this offends anyone on here, but I have just finished my catch ups of ITT and have come away thinking that the BBC are wanting Harry to win.

Zoe has not hid the fact he is her favourite and always seems to be saying 'he's working so hard' and forgetting the others.

Is it just me thinking this?

He's young, pretty, inoffensive, middle class and vaguely dull.

Yes, he's perfect for the BBC.

Don't know about Harry, but they must want Jason to lose when they let him blab on and on and on. And on. I have to be careful now, because if I have to sit through another of his speeches I may start punching people

I hope so, much better than pushing Anne Widecombe, Russell Grant and all the other idiots.

Well for me Harry is the best dancer

I think Zoe's got a "thing" for Pasha on IT2 and gets very animated when he's on

Doesn't really matter what the BBC want I'm afraid.
McFly fans are the most obsessive voters EVER Hence the Celeb in jungle boring winner.

Harry will win ..............

Hope Kristina is prepared with boxes of tissues .............

Not true tho, cos Danny didn't win Popstar to Opera Star.

Good point ... but the show IMO .. wasn't as high profile as Strictly and Celeb in jungle are.

Zoe goes on about Chelsee just as much!

I think they're not bothered - Hary or Chelsee will do.

Last year IMO they clearly wanted Pamela and Kara in the final and didn't want Matt or Gavin to win. Can't see as much of that this year.

Probably red herring so that the result is a surprise. They did a few things to make you think Matt would win but in the end Kara won.

Thank goodness, every other guest on her show says Harry to win with few exceptions & then it is Jason.

When Danny was in the bottom 2 on Popstar ....they have a 'sing off' and the judges choose who goes and who stays....The judges were split and Katherine Jenkins vote sent Danny home....she got death threats on twitter

That fashion person... whoever she was and whenever she was on, kept going on about Chelsee. If she invited straight men more often to her panel we'd hear other contestants' names too!

Also, Harry is both sexy and a good dancer, which makes sense he gets so many supporters. Whereas for the girls the sex symbol is Holly and the talented dancer is Chelsee (not that Holly doesn't have anything but her looks!), so it kind of divides the votes!

Harry is SO not sexy!

It's clear that Harry and Jason are by far the most popular with the celebrity guests. Is that the BBC's doing?

Did Su Pollard pick Holly as her favourite? Hard to hear when they all spoke at once. I don't think Alex or Chelsee have been picked by any panel member??

Given Chelsee is second favourite in some polls, it is a surprise no one except the costume woman and Audley, bless, has backed her. You could argue in this case that the BBC has worked to preserve her 'dark horse' status, despite the fact that she's topped the leaderboard for a good chunk of the series.

It could just be that because Harry is the big favourite, most the guests don't want to be wrong by picking someone else. They can then go "I totally called that, I know all about dancing (can I come back next year, I really need the gig)".

I'd prefer Harry to win, at least he started from scratch, unlike some of the other stage school contestants, and proved he can learn the dances he's given each week.

Jason comes over as too cocky, Holly is OK, but I'll scream if Artem shows his chest again this week, for heavens sake he's not the only dancer with good pecs. I like Alex but she's going this week in a double elimination just because she's not as good as the others. Chelsee is not my cup of tea, but no doubt she's popular as she comes from a soap.
Hello.

While Dougie was on IAC, a lot of the guests on the side show on ITV2, in fact the absolute majority of them, wanted Dougie to win. This included in the first week or so when Dougie was never being shown.

Reasons why? McFly have been in the music industry for 8 years now and from that they have also made a good impression on the entertainment industry as a whole.

Basically, McFly have a good reputation of being approachable and generally nice in the entertainment industry. No one would pick Harry as a favourite without him being good at dancing too of course, but I got the impression that people like Pixie Lott would pick Harry anyway from having met him several times and clearly found him nice. Westlife said Harry too, no doubt for the same reason. People like Matt Willis, one of the Sugababes, newspaper reporters etc. were all backing Dougie.

On the subject of fan votes, Danny lost Popstar to Operastar because he simply wasn't good enough. I'm very sure that Harry and Dougie have gone into each of their shows with at least enough backing to allow them to make it half way through their competitions, but they would never make it to the final on that alone. Everyone believing Harry has it in the bag now because he's a McFly boy should check out the voting figures released for I'm A Celeb. Dougie rarely topped the vote and barely made it past Mark in the last vote. If it wasn't a 2 person final he may have lost, having seemingly won over most of Fatima's voters.

Well YES!!

Im sure Harry and his "genuine" yet (bland/braindead) personality is totally loving this. Harry's got it in the bag!

Shame. Chelsee is the better dancer in my humble opinion. I'd rather Alex win it over him!

Agreed! The Mcfly guys are liked. Even people like Bryan May likes them and played live at wembley on one of their Tours.

Everything you said was pretty much Spot on. However Danny was good at opera but of course it started as a mess-a-bout when ITV asked him to join the show

Where did you see the IAC votes?

Danny was good, but his voice wasn't the best suited in the competition for opera. Darius and others were far stronger and were learning more languages. Danny deserved to last as long as he did, he tried his best and always delivered a performance, but when he went it was time, really.

IAC voting percentages can be found here, taken from the ITV website but presented better:

He will not get my vote, cold, his body is pretty rigid most of the time and does not fully embrace the music. Doing the right steps in the right order is a craft but making them speak is a different matter all together.
