Not sure what exact format Final will take, but in past years the Finalists have repeated either their highest scoring dance (or their favourite?)

Although we are only at Semi's, which dance should they repeat?

Please include all 5, even if you don't want them in the final.

Mine:

Alex and James
Their Tango from Wembley with the Mega Ceiling Arm Hankies
First dance where Alex looked ultra confident.

Holly and Artem
While I loved their Swan Lake routine, I think they should do last week's Paso. Holly finally got over her floppiness and showed some amazing shapes

Chelsee and Pasha
Loved their Airline Quickstep. Great storytelling and cute dress

Jason and Kristina
I thought their Halloween Quickstep was their best dance, marred only by the dodgy green outfits which could be changed for a Final.
And Kristina's nose wiggling was cute!

Harry and Aliona
Hardest choice for me cos all their dances have been good.
The Halloween Tango was memorable but at the risk of sounding Lennish, not enough content.
So I'm plumping for their Argentine Tango

Alex - Tango. As mimi says, first dance she looked confident. I'd also like to see it on a smaller floor as that could really benefit it.
Jason - Quickstep. Great choreography, and the dance that Jason best used his inner showman without going over the top.
Holly - Paso. While her AS was great, it was a little wobbly and also a bit marmite for some people, whereas her paso was strong, memorable and finally a good performance of the dance.
Harry - Quickstep. Scad loads of content confidently performed. There is no real alternative for me as many of his other dances have either had not enough content or pizzazz.
Chelsee - Either Jive or Quickstep. Both are cute dances, well choreographed and lots of fun. Ideally I'd go for QS - earlier in the series, easier to have a noticeable improvement, but as others are likely to go for QS, I'd then plump for Jive so as to avoid too many quicksteps and a repeat of series 6 and the final foxtrotfest.

They did two last year: their highest scoring dance and their favourite dance out of the others. Thus Kara did the Rumba as her highest scoring dance (though she could also have chosen her VW which also got 39) and the American Smooth as her favourite dance.

I can't quite remember what all their highest scores have been this series and in any case they might surpass them tonight, so have tried to restrict myself to one dance for each of them.

Alex & James - Tango

Jason & Kristina - Cha Cha Cha

Harry & Aliona - Argentine Tango. However their Quickstep may have broader appeal, even though I personally preferred their AT. Unless they get a 40 tonight (the QS is their highest score so far) I'd be happy to see them perform both again in the final.

Holly & Artem - Paso Doble. If this remains their highest score I would also like them to do their American Smooth again.

Chelsea & Pasha - Quickstep

I chose the AS rather than the QS for Jason because otherwise there would be 3 Quicksteps in the final and too close a comparison drawn between his and those of Chelsee and Harry, both of whose I think were better than his.

Don't they have to one of each discipline? i.e if for example their highest scoring dance is a ballroom, they'd have to choose a latin for the 2nd dance? Specially since Harry already only has an AS left for the final, which would mean he does 3 ballrooms.

So based on this (and assuming they have to 1 of each discipline):

Alex : Tango, ermm.... I don't care
Chelsee : Jive, QS. But if her AS goes well tonight I'd prefer her AS. Jive and QS are too similar
Harry : Quickstep, Rumba
Holly : Paso Doble, AS
Jason : AS/Tango, Jive
