That is a very (over) confident statement. While I do love Artem's choreography, I've watched a lot of dance shows (both sides of the pond now) for the past 6 years and I have learned (somewhat to my embarassment

) that just because it happens to be the 1st time I've seen a particular move doesn't mean that the move hasn't been around for a while. Most of the "new" stuff we see on these shows is something picked up from dancers watching each other. Even Artem can't always be creating original (meaning the 1st ever) choreography.
Artem, Pasha and Robin (at the very least) all worked on Burnt he Floor and there was some very creative choreography by Jason Gilkison which I have seen used by dancers from that show in other areas.
As far as costuming goes... the pros come up with the concept but they work in conjunction with the costume department and of course costume styles are going to repeat. Especially because there is often a certain style associated with a certain dance.
I'm not putting down anyone's skills. They have to have skills to even be hired. Each of our choice of favourite boils down to taste and other intangibles.
