Hmm, you know, I am rather partial to Brendan…you might not have noticed though…I hardly ever mention it on this board.

So, yeah. Brendan Cole in a God. He is sexy, funny, talented, and has best arse in the business. Captain Big Boy gets my vote every time!

That is a very (over) confident statement. While I do love Artem's choreography, I've watched a lot of dance shows (both sides of the pond now) for the past 6 years and I have learned (somewhat to my embarassment ) that just because it happens to be the 1st time I've seen a particular move doesn't mean that the move hasn't been around for a while. Most of the "new" stuff we see on these shows is something picked up from dancers watching each other. Even Artem can't always be creating original (meaning the 1st ever) choreography.

Artem, Pasha and Robin (at the very least) all worked on Burnt he Floor and there was some very creative choreography by Jason Gilkison which I have seen used by dancers from that show in other areas.

As far as costuming goes... the pros come up with the concept but they work in conjunction with the costume department and of course costume styles are going to repeat. Especially because there is often a certain style associated with a certain dance.

I'm not putting down anyone's skills. They have to have skills to even be hired. Each of our choice of favourite boils down to taste and other intangibles.

Yes. Both BTF and SYTCD (US version anyway) are very much out of the box thinkers with regard to choreo because they are not confined by strict ballroom rules.

For instance, I have seen those arm movements where the couple is not in hold during a foxtrot from the very early seasons of US SYTCD, something which I think has only been allowed for a short time on SCD. Choreography is ever evolving and some pros prefer to stay very traditional and some are a little more daring and attempt something a little different but I don't know that the moves are completely original to the point that a pro has the patent on it.

funny, I couldn't decide between Pasha and Artem but went for Pash in the end. Those two are way ahead of anyone else.

Probably in the tiny minority but I went for Ola because I just like everything about her, including her lovely personality.

Pasha is probably my second favourite, and I like Flavia too.

For me, it's Pasha. Closely followed by Artem. Another vote for the good-looking male Russians here.

Always loved Kristina and Natalie and Flavia was a revelation this year. I have a soft spot for Anton and Erin but this really wasn't their year. Gotta love a bit of Ola too.

I voted for Pasha.

Natalie is my favourite but having seen Aliona this series and in the final - she is amazing dancer and a stunning girl as well - legs to die for.
So Natalie and Aliona for me.

Have to say James he got what could have been a 3rd commedy act to the semi finals and taught her how to dance.
