Shame you could not try for the Ainol Novo 7 Advanced Tablet, that one supose to be coming out with the lastest android operating system and around the £110 mark with shipping costs from China, I know here been demand for it as Hotdealsuk posted a link to a suppier and they sold out of them.

This is clearly bonkers. You've not got a hope in hell of making any money from this and you're completely clueless - the fact you're asking such basic questions on here makes this obvious. This plan really is laughable - are you about 12 years old?

I have done a load of research over the last couple days as am still without a tablet, an dthe Ainol Novo 7 Advanced did look great, but sadly it has now been discontinued by the manufacturer.

They only announce they where going to be the first tablet to be release with Ice Cream Sandwich a week ago. Why would the say that then discontinue it?

According to a post on the Slate Droid forums, there was a screen issue with the Ainol Novo 7 Advanced & that now they have sold out, they won't be producing any more. But they did say that they would be releasing an Advanced 2.
Sorry about not providing a source, but think that it is against DS rules to post links to other forum sites. If you google the terms : Ainol Novo 7 Advanced Tablet discontinued. Then you will get a link to the slate droid site.
A post from a seller on Tablet Republic has put this post
" Ainol have confirmed to us on more than one occassion that the Novo 7 Advanced will not longer be in production (as decided by the "boss") and that they are now officially sold out.
The new Novo 7 Advanced 2 or possibly Novo 7 (S) will be... if not too mistaken the same hardware but a newly designed case AND a high resolution screen possibly the same as the Novo 8.
But as always let's wait and see, as much as we are all sad to see the end of the Novo 7 Advanced im sure community support and firmware's will continue and hopefully Ainol will go from strength to strength in the new year!
Dont be surprised if there is a wider range of Novo's or Ainovos to come".
