I think Chelsee is great, she has so much enthusiasm, every time she dances she gives me goose bumps, she has so much vitality. She makes me

Glad I'm not the only one who spotted that, never a perfect 40

Chelsee looooves to dance. She loves to have fun and one of the reasons dancing was invented was to express that. There aren't too many that express that better than Chelsee.

Just makes me feel good just watching her.

Well thankfully there will many people trying to upset certain Chelsee h8ers. Fingers crossed we succeed

Chelsee is good, but made errors, and I can't take to her, difficult to explain why, partly maybe that she is a grown woman of 23 but acts as if a child at times,

Chelsee is no doubt a fantastic dancer and I love her partnership with Pasha, but I can't help but feel that she acts like a child? It's either she acts it or Tess & Brucie for example, treat her like one.

Well, I am a big Harry fan, I really hope he wins it, I think he thoroughly deserves to.

But I adore Pash and Chelsee, and if Harry doesn't win, I really hope they do, she is like a little ray of sunshine.

I agree. This really does annoy me. I used to find it endearing until I realised that she was the same age as me!

I can see what you mean in a sense (Harry's only 2 or 3 years older than Chelsee).

To be fair she does look a lot younger than her age and I'm not surprised if she acts a bit younger as well if how Tess/Bruce/Zoe/Pasha (to an extent) treat her is the norm. Also in her day job she's surrounded by people her age and younger and it wasn't really until 1 or 2 series ago that she was mainly in scenes with the adults.

I'm not trying to make excuses for her, but at any age you see people who are a little bit naive and immature for their age and this is just probably how Chelsee is.

(I really like her btw, she's not the sharpest tool in the box but it's in an endearing way)

Nothing wrong with acting like a child sometimes, in fact all the times.

We are all far too serious. Anyway, I don't think she "acts" like a child, I think she has a refreshing naive outlook on life.

One of the surprises of this year's Strictly for me! Holly was another, and Anita Dobson the third.

Actually I like them all, can't be bothered with small things that I don't like about them. Important thing for me is if they can dance. Chelsee can dance (as can Harry, Jason, Holly and even Alex). Great semis, looking forward to finding out who has made it.

She is not childish. Childish is throwing a strop, or doing something childish. Can you point out to me where she has done this?

She seems to be quite dignified, happy about any positive feedback but also happy to receive criticisms. Where has she done anything childish?

I sense a little snobbery here from certain (Harry) fans. Maybe Chelsee's just not been brought up right (not posh enuff)!!

Chelsee's what Strictly is all about, a little like "Pygmalion"/"My Fair Lady" maybe? She was not expected to make the final, whereas Harry & Jason were favourites from day one.

I am a Harry and Chelsee fan, and I haven't noticed any even slight hint of snobbishness on the Harry appreciation thread, so I dont get where you got that idea from?

I like Chelsee for the way she is and Harry for the way he is.

I wasn't too impressed with the way she was sulking for the rest of the Halloween show after her wardrobe malfunction.

Wow, you are really scraping the barrel for something to dislike, how many weeks ago was that!... Chelsee herself admitted she made a fuss over nothing.

I wouldn't have behaved that way if I was 23 years old and a trained actress used to appearing in the public eye as Chelsee is.

Chelsee was my favourite from Week 1, but I was disappointed by her Halloween strop as it showed her immaturity, self-centeredness and disrespect for the other performers and people involved in the show.

..and bless her, it wasnt a fuss over nothing, as at the time she really thought she'd shown her nips. I would have felt the same way had it been me.

You want to talk about Childish! Look no further than James Jordan!
Hello.
11-12-2011
I live where Chelsee is from and my mum knows her gran, yet I'm supporting Harry! I was a fan of him before the show though, and I do adore Chelsee for what she is.

What I really sense from Chelsee is that she's having the time of her life out there on the dance floor.

With Harry I really sense he's putting his all into every performance and he really fears the slightest of mistakes. He really wants to impress us all, bless.

Just watched her paso doble again and see the same things that i saw from the start, suprised that craig gave her a 10, am i the only one who thinks her technique wasnt perfect? and i thought he only gave 10`s for perfect performances.....

sorry but i didnt see perfect dancing, its just odd

I've seen journey only in Chelsee's performances throughout the series. She started with mistakes, but today she is just so brilliant. She and Pasha listen to the judges, take their criticisms on board and improve themselves. I was not so keen on her in launch and in the beginning of the series. But she really changed my opinion about her and today she is my favourite.”

I don't think Chelsee much better than she was at the start. There are still flaws in her dancing, but for some reason even Craig has decided to overlook them.
