Bags with cartoon image and your name on them

Sorry for the rubbish title but don't know what you would describe them as.

I've seen quite a few celebs carrying these bags with their own names on. Its got a cartoon pic of a girl with huge eyes and lashes on it.

Leigh-Anne from Little Mix is carrying one in the pics in this article

Try Ebay.. they seem to have bags with names on

Have checked there but there are nothing like these. These are very specific personalised ones. Seen lots of "celebs" in the UK with them. Brooke Vincent was pictured the other day with one.

OMG that is it. Thank you so much. I've googled every combination of cartoon and celeb/the people I have seen them with and not come up with anything.
