I thought her AT which scored 36 was better than Jason's; and Jason getting 40 for that meant he was above Holly on the board, which meant that she would have to out-poll Jason to go through to the final.

I personally think Holly was better than Jason. In my opinion, Jason's dances were more simpler than some of the other contestants and he was overmarked

Not really robbed - her AT was better than Jasons's in my opinion but her Charleston was poor, despite the great concept. She blossomed too late in the series to catch up. I loved her though. If anything I think she was robbed by getting Artem - not the best partner for her.

I thought they both had a good dance and a bad one. Holly's AT was fabulous and undermarked...however her Charleston was dismal. Upsetting, I really wanted her in the final and for me Jason is always overmarked by the judges but he did edge it last night.

No she wasn't on the whole, Jason was a better performer and ultimately dancer. Holly is a great dancer but lacked the energy/stamina to fully execute a couple of her dances, the Charleston for instance. It a shame, she would have won the year the abomination know a Cola lifted the glitterball.

ETA - I have nothing against Cola as individuals, I just think they, rather he was a mediocre dancer compared to Ricky Whittle

While I couldn't agree less about Jason being overmarked, I think Holly should have been in the final instead of the very overrated Harry.

overall holly was a better dancer then jason, it was obvious she had to be above him on the leaderboard to make it to the final

Does it matter which way round they finished on the leaderboard, if Holly had finished one place above Jason in the public vote she would have gone through wouldn't she? If anything finishing in the bottom 2 should have made Holly's supporters vote all the more.

Have enjoyed both Holly and Jason, but am pleased Jason has made it to the final.

If she'd finished 3rd and Jason 4th on the leaderboard she'd still have had to beat him in the public vote to have come out above him overall.

However I think Jason must have been given a big boost dancing his best dance last on the night and getting a 40 for it just before telephone lines opened. Personally I think the producers wanted Jason in the final with Harry and Chelsee and the judges gave him a helping hand towards that both in their effusive praise and their marks (marks which theoretically could have made a big difference vis-a-vis Alex).

I wouldn't say Holly was robbed though since I think that probably the 3 best celeb dancers are in the final and that over the course of the series Jason has probably had the edge over her.

I would have loved to see Holly in the final, but IMHO that Charleston did for their chances.

I loved Holly/ Artem parnership and would have loved to see them in the final. I cannnot abide Jason/Kristina, combined they reach a critical mass of undisguised lust for success and it's ugly. That said Holly was not robbed-she hasn't been good enough. Sad but it's not the end of the world.

Assuming we don't have any of the much less likely voting perms (if there are any that make Alex go too) it doesn't matter which is third and fourth in teh scoreboard order. Even if Jason and Holly get equal marks, or Holly is one place higher than Jason, or Jason is one place higher than Holly, it always was going to come down to which of Holly and Jason had most votes. the public vote over-rides the judges order if there is a tie.

We don't know how big that voting gap was.It could be wide because Jason has a bigger fanbase or people think that Holly's second dance put her below him. if its close its possible its swung by overmarking Jason (too little Jason content for that 40) and not giving Holly a bit more for her first dance There's no knowing if that was crucial or soemthing else was. Votes are also likely to reflect the running order with Jason doing his best dance just before voting opened whilst Holly's strongest was way before. .But someone has to go early and someone last and there's a chicken and egg situation where last tends to go to the better dances anyway.

If the judges wanted to fix the marks for Jason they would have ve had to put him higher and risked Harry or Chelsee. If anyone did work to help Jason, its with the running order and by making his performance look better with a few extra marks. That may be more or less important than Artem choregraphing a Charleston that I doubt if anyone there could do.

Yes definitely, she was always undermarked and Jason overmarked , and I swear Jason was constantly closing the show, well it felt like it anyway.

You answered your own question really....no she wasnt robbed as she didnt get more votes than Jason and it would have been the same if their places had been reversed on the board. So its fairly irrelevent who was where because Jason got the votes.

It has been kind of cringeworthy the way he has always been introduced as "stage and screen superstar Jason Donovan" - a bit 'de trop', but that's not his fault. (I hope! )

I think Holly and Jason were both good and I couldn't decide between them. I like all three finalists and think they deserve to be there. Just glad Alex didn't get there, she should have been out sooner if it wasn't for judges overmarking and probably the welsh vote

I thought Jason was the better of the two, regardless of any questionable voting. So no.

She didn't impress me at yesterday, I was happy to see her go instead of Jason. But neither Holly's or Jason's dancing in the AT were as good as Harry's or Chelsee's in my opinion.

The energy issue is a bit chicken and egg too. Although its partly build too , its partly a case of who got what to do. . Jason also tended to run out of steam. While he did usually do a lot of dancing and Kristina avoided it less than many over the series, their second dance was clearly designed with endurance, effort, learning time, and the stage of the night, in mind. Holly, meanwhile, has been given lots and lots of hectic steps to learn on top of her first dance, and even has to do gymnastics as she was wearing down. She was looking tired before she arrived just training for it. Bottom line - i think Jason or Chelsee would look weary too if they had Holly's routine at thats stage.

No Holly was not robbed. She has been great value but more people preferred the others. Simple as that.

I think you can make cases for Jason & Holly but Jason edged it for me on consistency. Holly was brilliant one week and did not turn up the next

No, Holly wasn't robbed, and I think she'd be the first to say that she went as far in the competition as her talent allowed. Still, I think she's impressed a lot of viewers with her character and attitude. I love her dry sense of humour and, most of all, her refusal to gurn. If it cost her a place in the final not to do an OTT, gurning Charleston à la Chris Hollins, well, that's fine by me.

On balance, I think the scoreboard order was correct, even if some of the marking was, erm, a bit dubious; the public appear to have agreed. No robbery at all, not even petty theft.

Probably was in my mind as I do think she was undermarked compared to Jason
if she had been above him on te leader board she did stand more chance of getting through

Both were good dancers but Holly was consitantly undermarked for me all season

I loved her swan lake, jive , paso and AT

for Jason I only had his priscilla and halloween dance so I think she should have gone thorugh
