Why no SCD Live Tour 2011 DVD?

Does anyone know why there wasn't a DVD release of this years live tour?

You have the others up to last years 2010 but not one for this years tour. I assumed it hadn't been released yet but it's not on Amazon even as a future release.
I would imagine they've lost a lot of money on Chrissy presents sales.

They never planned for one - there was no recording for it

How bloody ridiculous. When you look how pricey the tickets are the DVD is the only way most people can afford to see the show.
