Yeah, the overall positioning was about right for me and so who cares about the details.
The judging panel worked well last night I thought. Nice atmosphere, relaxed etc.
Nevertheless I don't buy into the theory, constantly expressed on this forum, that because someone rarely gives 10s it makes their judgement correct. I could sit on a judging panel and give 2s and 3s to everyone and then award a 10 to Nancy Del Olio or Lulu but it wouldn't them good dancers.
Last night a lot of the dances were outside the panel's expertise (even Len's) e.g. Argentine Tango, Charleston, Salsa.
I like Craig and would like him to stay. But he's not infallible.
