A choice from a list of 3 or 4 songs she probably doesn't know is different to her picking a song outright.
In terms of judges comments she was very average a lot of weeks but how many times did we see average or even bad performances by Marcus and Little Mix get praised to high heavens.
She was obviously struggling with the live performances towards the end. They know she was popular (based on the voting percentages released today), and so I imagine there will be a contract there for her if she wants it.

I don't think she was too impressed with the songs she was given to choose from. She said herself that the times she performed the worst were weeks when she struggled to connect to the songs. It's fairly obvious that Little Mix and Misha had much better songs to choose from which would suit their style.

Very early by the look of things : Janet started getting negative VTs, feedback from the judges and early running slots from a couple of weeks into the show.
Looks like she was Plan A for the producers, but they decided on a rapid and dramatic U-turn (perhaps when they realised she was feisty and independent and wouldn't play ball with them).

Forum members do not have to give praise. Saying things like "I do not like this act" or "I do not enjoy their singing" or even "they sound awful to my ears" is fine. These are subjective opinions.
Saying the same negative subjective opinion on 100 or 1000 threads, however, stinks of trying to ram it down fans of another act's throats, and as such, is deliberate baiting. I do not seek out positive threads on Misha just to post how much I dislike her voice or musical style on every one. I don't see any of those comments calling her "vile" or "disgusting" on any of the "haters" response prior to your post. What I did see was several posters who said that Janet's performances went downhill after the first few shows (including mine), and that was her undoing...who you referred to as "haters". Nothing presumptive about that.
As for the part about ramming this subjective opinion down people's throat, it's no different than all of the posts saying that Janet was screwed by the show. Not everyone will agree with that, so if the sight of dissenting posts will upset the Janet fans, then take it off the main forum and put it in her Appreciation Thread where the responses will all be positive.
It would be easy for the producer's to Engineer a situation where Janet forgets the words of a song. All they had to do is change the version of the song she is meant to be singing so often.That in the end it becomes hard for her to remember what final version is meant to be. Remember they do not sing the original song, New lines not in the original song are added and taken out again, It is a situation that could be exploited by the producers to get rid of someone they dont like And before people say Mmbop has a simply chorus it wasnt that part of the song she forgot

You have said this at least three times now on various threads. However, you need to realize, you cannot give instructions to other posters on what they are allowed to post about, as long as they remain within forum rules.

I agree with this, she did really well in the voting to start with then her performaces got worse and the votes for her declined.
