Will Zara be wearing that stiff, whalebone corset white dress for the Final?

I think it's very unfair that we women are not allowed to be seen in the same outfit twice.

But I have to say, Zara has had her money's worth out of that Victorian lampshade whalebone corset type contraption she's been wearing all series. It looks splashproof, bulletproof and about as supple as a suit of armour.

I hope if she wins, she splashes out on a nice new frock for herself.

They all wear the same outfit in the boardroom as the outfit they wore when they taped the VT of them walking to the limo when they are fired at the start/before the series begins. This happens every series so it shocks me that people keep raising the issue of Zara's white dress week in week out?

Yes, she'll be wearing 'the' dress, but it's off-white by now.

I think the colour is now what you'd call "bandage".

Bless you, don't get yourself so upset, we're only playing. No one expects kids that age to have a huge wardrobe.

its not a matter of expectations. they literally aren't allowed to wear other outfits. they have to pick one and wear it for every boardroom appearance.

LS in his tweets has offered to buy her a new one. Out of the £25000 though.

I like it..........

But the semi final week she looked phenominal with her hair down and in her ordinary clthes, much better look for her.

What will happen to the dress now that the series is over? Will she donate it to an industrial museum or something? I'd love to see it put in an exhibition... and also finally find out what it was made of. My husband thinks it might be aluminium.

Poor old Zara was trending on Twitter for a day and a half, being accused of never washing and living like a tramp.

She wasn't my favourite at all, but the poor girl. Have they not noticed the nearly a hundred other contestants doing exactly the same thing!

I think the main reason everyone's having a go is 'cause it doesn't happen every series. Specifically, it doesn't happen on the adult Apprentice, which is most people's point of reference.

Examples (with spoilers for series 7) -
Spoiler
Melody and Tom in all three boardrooms...

Melody wears no jacket and a leopardprint dress:

Melody wears a black jacket with a black dress:

Melody wears a white jacket with a black dress:

Tom doesn't vary his outfit as much, but he's got a blue blazer in the first and a black one in the last, and completely different ties throughout.

I think the reason the Young Apprentices have to wear the same clothes each time is 'cause they fire the adults at night when it's very bleak and rainy, so they can cover their clothes with a coat and nothing looks weird. The YAs get a much more pleasant firing - daylight, rolls royce, head held high - the coat would look out of place among that, and so they have to make sure they trot out the same outfit week on week.

Past that, I think the reason Zara gets more flack than the others is, simply, 'cause people think her outfit's less flattering. Can't say I'd actually noticed, myself - don't know what that says about me...

that dress was awful and the off white colour made it look dirty

however Zara has a nice arse, she should wear jeans more often

but Gbemi arse was the icing on the cake, thats what you call a great figure i hope someone gets all the video clips of her arse and complies the into one video

if it wasn't white, you wouldn't realise it was the same each week.

What i find strange is that like everyone else here we'd noticed Zara wore the same dress everytime. My OH commented every week about whether she'd wear it again. Yet neither of us noticed that the others did the same thing. So if they did do it, their outfits must have been pretty non-descript to have completely passed us by.

I dare say we would have noticed Mos suit had he stayed past the first week.

I think both he and Lewis (is that right? The curly headed one who was almost as deluded as Mo), had their Mums buy their suits 'with some growing room'.

Mo's Mum must be VERY optimistic
