There seems to be popular belief that Jason will be the first out on Saturday. I'm intruged about who the forumers would prefer to win between Harry and Chelsee now Alex and Holly have left, and with Jason likely to miss out on the final 2.

My vote goes to Harry. I'm a little biased though, as I've been a fan of his for many years. I would never want him to win if he didn't deserve it, though. I believe he's really stood out this series and despite Chelsee also being great, I admit they are incredibly hard to seperate, it comes down to who I already liked before the show. I wont be disappointed if Chelsee does win though, not at all.

Chelsee but I also wouldn't be disappointed if Harry won. I think they're the best two of the series. I prefer Chelsee because I think she's more a natural dancer and I get a better emotional reaction from watching her dance than I do Harry.

But I will genuinely vote for who I deem dance the best in the night (and quite clearly even before they dance I don't think Jason will be the one, because he's the least naturally-gifted dancer left in the three).

I've set the poll to close before the final, I think it will be interesting to see a second poll after the final to see if there is any change.

I was a fixture in the Chelsee camp and then Harry did that wow QS. And he edged it for me in the semis. I'll just have to wait till Sat and hope for some kind of divine inspiration.

I hate the idea that one of them will be disappointed - either would be a worthy winner. Can't they just share it?

I have voted Harry because I have enjoyed all his dances and love his personality, but Chelsee is a very, very, very, close second. What a great final it is going to be!

Funny thing is if Chelsee is good on Saturday she will get my vote, but if not I won't vote at all as I don't think Harry in that situation will need it.

Yes I agree. And it changes for me week by week too. Although whenever I'm on forums I always defend the less liked one, and that seems to be Harry this year.

In all seriousness, I am interested in who you would want to win if Jason was out. I would have included him in the poll if I thought he had a chance, but I think he only just edged it into the final with the AT. It doesn't seem like he has good enough support. I can't see a 16/1 outsider in the top 2.

Strange, though theoretically possible, do you think the votes between Harry and Chelsee would ever tie from the public vote?

Chances are he would very much have been bottom of the poll because Harry/Chelsee are the DS favourites.

More than anything I created this poll as there is a lot of conversation going on about the split between Harry and Chelsee, but no clear poll about it. I thought removing each of the couples who left in the semi-final and removing the lesser debated Jason percentage would give us a clearer indication of the popularity divide between the two favourites in this competition, at least on this forum.

EDIT: from removing them it becomes interesting as to how those voters would sway the votes between the two.

Will be just as fablas watching the pros fight it out: Aliona trying to make up for last year's disappointment, and Pasha up for the trophy at the first attempt.

Wish the current champ could have made it to the final - would have added another layer of psycho-drama. Then again, we've got Jason and Kristina for that!

And if Jason wins, well fair enough - my consolation will be seeing Kristina get the recognition she deserves.

I disagree .... I think Jason's fans will not bother voting in your little poll for either of the other two - so you don't really get any better idea than if Jason was shown propping up the bottom

OK, in the interests of research I've just voted for Harry given he impressed me most on Sat.

Keeping my options open though.

I support Jason, and I will be voting for him come Sat night like money has gone out of fashion............but I have voted in the poll because realistically he probably will leave first, between Harry and Chelsee I would want Chelsee to win and will vote for her should Jason leave first.

That's really unlikely! I mean if one has even one more than the other the he/she is the winner. Unless there is a rule about the difference between the number of votes each contestant gets. Like for example maybe there needs to be 100 votes difference between the number of votes of Harry and Chelsee for the one with the higher number of votes to win. Like some countries' election system.

I think this must be the first time (at least in recent years) that 2 of the finalists have been so close with regards to dancing abilities and popularity. I know SCD likes to say it's so every year to boost rating, but in previous years it's always been very clear who was going to be the winner.

This is what I think the OP was after as well as all those who want one person to win rather than think another will.

The poll with all three contestants asks who you "think will win", which is different to his one which is who you "want to win". You can see why politicians shy away from referendums, when the meaning of one word can produce a different or more extreme disparity of results.
