I really enjoyed that It was a great show for him to be on. I think it helped him that there was lots of different stuff to talk about and it wasn't all focussed on him (as much as I'd have liked it to be!)

I'm not used to sitting around all morning watching telly, don't know what to do with myself now! Might have an early lunch

faye would have no chance of responding re current affairs though.

Actually I’ve got a mental image of a particular ShadyLady going a particularly puce shade of green and haranguing her newly acquired fiancé. “Why does HE get to go on telly and I don’t Jay ….. ah want mah TV show Jay … ah want mah TV show now … you better get it for me Jay … ya better … I swear …. that wrestle bitch better not get the better of me …. didn’t yah mam say we woz more popular …. get onto mah agent now and get on that show now Jay …. and say like really clever things like …. just do it Jay ….”

Only hope that bloody Lauren Harries doesn't go into the house, although I'm absolutely 100% certain that Aaron would definitely not act the same way she did about him (if that makes any sense )

I think he will make a brilliant impartial addition to the show and hope this is the start of great things for him. His wit and spontaneity will always stand him in good stead for live TV shows.

Steve Furst is pretty tedious. At least Anne Diamond was lively. Matthew Wright is a bit sickly IMO.”

Yeah, it wasn't my cup of tea either but he definitely held his own with the panel.

Yeah I'm a Faye fan but she would have been out of her depth there.

Congrats to Aaron. I've heard he gave a good account of himself.

They can do stuff seperately as well as a couple Mile.

Yep I think he'll be brilliant, eloquent and funny. No Aaron is above mouthing off in that way - she was awful on BBBOTS - the way she spoke about Rebekhah to Aden while Rebekhah was in the studio audience - vile woman, can't stand her.

I never said they couldn't, Cult.

It would just be a shame if she was overlooked.

Delighted for Aaron today thought he was brilliant.

I understand you like Faye, she was a good housemate but she finished sixth. Not many sixth placed housemates have been offered much BB related work. They include Tom, Josh, PJ, "I can kill you with these two fingers Lisa", Michelle, Derek, Imogen, Jonty, Kathreya, other Lisa and Steve

Slightly different opinion here...

I thought he did ok but never looked or sounded comfortable...which is understandable.

I can't imagine any other BB contestant holding their own though!

I agree he looked uncomfortable at times, but like you say, it's understandable in the circumstances.

Yes it must have been nerve-wracking for him. He's not used to the media spotlight, but I am sure it will stand him in good stead for BBBOTS which will probably be a piece of cake in comparision, and will hardly be intellectually taxing ! From the sounds of it he did very well - I'll judge for myself when I watch the whole thing back later.

I thought he was very professional. He'll be amazing on BBBOTS!

I look forward to watching this evening and making my own mind up. I think what we have to remember is that he is not used to being in front of the camera and therefore may take a while to "settle" down and get more comfortable appearing on screen.

Being on Big Brother and therefore being filmed 24 hours a day is not the same as being in front of a camera and a live studio audience. I can undertand if he felt slightly awkward at times.

Funnily enough I remember once, a long time ago going out with my kids and my husband (now my ex ) and we had a day trip to Granada Studios where they film Corrie. In the Rovers Return they had (might still do) a part where you could film a small scene and they put it onto video for posterity. We were given our lines and I was absolutely fine, but the minute the camera rolled I went into "wooden mode" and felt totally out of place, awkward and self conscious. If Aaron felt a smidgeon of what I felt then I can understand him feeling slightly uncomfortable in front of the camera. He's been thrust into the limelight by virtue of a television show so it will take a bit of getting used to I'm sure.

I thought he was good. Very professional. It's all good practice for when he'll be on BBBOTS!

I agree he was a tiny bit nervous - probably waiting for the ambush from the audience or telephone callers - but, for someone not used to appearing on programmes like this, I thought he did brilliantly. Go Aaron!!

won't see it until someone uploads to youtube. read through the posts here. can't tell if he did well or not.

going by the comments, it seemed like he did well, until afterward when everyone decided he was uncomfortable? was his voice shaky or something? how was he uncomfortable?

Sorry, got side tracked following the John James/Jos twitter feud currently playing out.

Aaron came across very well I thought, no his voice wasn't shaky, he answered well and was very good with the newspaper headlines he had to do. I just think it is a case of getting used to live tv. He was similiar to how he was on OKtv imo, for those who have not seen it yet.
