Perhaps I'm a fool but when I'm truly in love with someone all that person would have to do is ask & I would give them the shirt off my back. I'm sure it's a flaw of mine but I come second to the people I love, as nothing makes me happier than making them happy.

Not an opinion shared by me. In many ways Aaron won Big Brother despite the relationship with Faye. What they do outside the house is entirely their own affair and I wish them both well, but to suggest Faye's conduct in the house caused Aaron to carry off the prize is quite frankly bizarre, imo.

Well I could easily point the finger at Aaron's conduct but that has already been discussed to death and at this point serves no purpose. However whatever your opinion it was a massive part of Aaron's BB story & a huge reason to why so many chose too switch on & root for faaron throughout the series.

I do agree with your sentiment, now that "Faaron"

are outside the house.

Aaron won and was booed partly because of his relationship with Faye and the perception he was using her in a game plan.My fav part of BB12 is the first 3 weeks before the relationship, this was Aaron at his best and when most started to like him..He lost a lot fans because of the volatile nature of the relationship though.The relationship and its fallout did him no favors.
Yes the relationship did him no favors and he won despite it. Faye did not help him win, he won on his own merits and she is not entitled to his prize money, only his son has that privilege.
If he wishes to treat her the odd time fair enough, but she has no entitlement.
I note most of the negative posts today come from faye fans from the Faye AT.This is the Aaron AT, it is not a joint AT.I am an Aaron fan only and only post here.I do not enter the other threads with defensive posts. I respect your opinions .

To say she had any part in his winning when the h/l show and the satelitte shows vilified Aaron for the relationship is ludicrous. A relationship is a hindrance in BB not a help and so it was for Aaron. Faye was his Achilles heel on BB and through her came his trials and tribulations.This was not Faye's fault, BB saw the weakness in Aaron i.e. his affection for Faye and used her that way.
She is not entitled to any of Aaron's money and I am certain would be outraged herself if anyone suggested she was.
I have a lot of respect for her since she came out and I am sure she will pave her own way.
Please allow people their opinions and keep some balance.Too many Aaron fans have left already and soon this will be an auxiliary Faye AT.
I am on the verge of leaving myself and feel its very unjust to feel driven out by fans of another HM. .Those of us left are loyal Aaron fans but not necessarily Faye or Faaron ones, we have a place here too.
To finish noone should put themselves last in relationships but value themselves equally with loved ones otherwise doormatville beckons.When you value yourself and give yourself equal time and value, you have more to give to others.
They cannot blow the money, Aaron has his son to consider a big responsibility.His son is his priority even over Faye.The relationship may run its course but he will always be a father.
Lastly putting someone on a pedestal is damaging to a relationship as noone belongs on one nor can they sustain that position.We all have feet of clay and expecting perfection will always bring disappointment.
Faye is just human and Aaron will treat her so, he learned his lesson after burpgate.

IMO Aaron didn't win in spite of or because of his relationship. He may have gained and lost some votes because of it... ultimately he had the edge (personally) over anyone else and is entitled to the whole amount of money.

I don't think Faye is entitled to any of the money... but as he lives with and loves her, he will obviously share some of it with her. As he will with his son and some of his close family. People's opinions will surely vary on how much they'd spend on their partner if they won a bit of money. People's view on money vary from person to person... but surely it is Aaron's business. If he wanted to treat her and buy her lots and that made him happy... good luck to him, there's nothing wrong with that imo. I don't think she should expect it, but she doesn't seem the type to expect it. I think he showed clearly he doesn't get taken advantage of in bb... He stood up for himself with Faye regardless of whether it caused on argument ensued... I'm sure this would be the case outside of the house! Aaron seems to have his head screwed on when it comes to relationships... if anything imo he's too blunt about his views and not tactful... but his heart is DIFINITELY in the right place lol

Your opinions are as welcome as anybody's. I support and like Faye and see you also like her but don't begrudge your having different opinions at all

I also like reading the views of people who are Faye fans (as long as they like Aaron). Surely the discussion is better when we all think a little differently??

I am more than a little bemused by your stance this evening, I have been out all day then decided to come on here and see if there was anything happening with Aaron.

There were posts about Aaron his brother and Faye out shopping all very innocent but then your post below caused controversy, somehow that has been turned into your anti Faye fan rhetoric when it was you that started the whole thing.

As has been said what Aaron does with his money is his business and his alone, its not something that should be discussed on a public forum for all to see.

This is how I feel and I am not anti Faye.In fact I have said she would never take advantage and has integrity, if people bothered to read my posts properly.I do like Faye and respect her.
I just said they are doing a lot of shopping and maybe could exercise caution in the present economic climate just as others have posted.I am not the first to comment on the shopping.Aaron himself joked on the wright show about Faye spending his prize money so it can be mentioned on the forum surely.
They are contestants on a past its sell by date reality show not A listers.This time next year they will back into obscurity and ordinary life. They will need their cash then.

Whether they do spend it or not is up to them and yes its their business.Can we let the matter rest now and agree to disagree.

How is that anti Faye, I was advising caution, nothing more. They have bills to pay and he has child support.Reality in the form of bills has a way of invading the hottest romance.

This is a great post, and is pretty much congruent with my take on things.

I'm pretty sure Faye would also flat-out refuse any personal entitlement to Aaron's winnings, as I just think she's that sort of person. She does comes across as quite down-to-Earth with her head screwed on, but also extremely grateful as a person. She would definitely appreciate anything Aaron decides to indulge on her instead of simply expecting it IMO.

God, any sort of absence between their Tweets really gets this place discussing the nitty gritty behind things, don't they? It's not quite as bad right now as it has been though, so it's cool. No need for the firefighters.. for now anyway.

And I do like a bit of analysis myself, as do quite a few other on here it would seem! So long as it remains relatively light-hearted, and paranoia levels are kept under control, there wouldn't seem to be a problem with it.

I agree with BIB... I just think that Aaron is pretty careful and like someone said - maybe he's window shopping for 90% of the time. Or like suggested maybe he has more money than we realise. When I said it was his business how he spent his money I didn't mean people shouldn't have an opinion...(maybe poorly phrased) but it just won't be based on too many facts that's all... he said she was trying to spend his money... so yeah we could disagree with her trying to do this. But I'm sure he'll only spend what he feels comfortable spending. As we don't know how much money they have or have spent I find it difficult to judge them on it.

Fair enough if you wanted to stop discussing it... I quite enjoy talking about it.

You see that word despite tells you all you need to know about the mindset of single minded Aaron fans. As unlike you lot, Faaron & Faye fans never abandoned Aaron at anytime. He won with more than a little help from the people who wanted to give their relationship the best possible opportunity to succeed. For many it was important to keep them in that house together for as long as possible. Just as it was equally important for Aaron to win to give them "both" the best possible start in their new life together. He may have won on his own merits (we will never know for sure) but to suggest he won "despite" her is just factually wrong & hugely disrespectful. As without their relationship many would not have bothered to vote him the winner.

Come to think of it though, what a drain she was to Aaron in that house & probably again now out of it. In fact I bet he wished he never met her at all?

Of course Aaron is likely to think he won of his own merit but I would also agree with that. He was popular in the early weeks before the relationship really took off.
He was funny, cute and intelligent. I see him and his win almost like Brian Dowling. He was a character that stood out due to his witty persona. Whether or not he had a romance or not he probably would have still won. Aaron's romance lost and gained him additional support a lot of the booing and bad comments on BOTS stemmed from his 'treatment' of Faye.

There is no way that Faye (who nominated him three times) deserves a stake on his winning but should he choose to spend some on her, that is his call.

I believe that Aaron must be floating on air because he won and also because he got a great girlfriend out of it too.

Re all this talk about how Aaron is spending his winning, IMO, Aaron is entitled to spend his winnings how he likes, and it's nobody's business but his own - but I am sure he is using the money wisely and saving most of it for his son's future as he said he would. Just because he is out shopping on Boxing day doesn't mean he is blowing his prize fund, but if he wants to use some of it for shopping for nice things then why not? The main thing is he seems to be in a very happy place at the moment and after some of the traumas he went through in the house I am very happy for him and for Faye
