I'm making chocolate truffles and gingerbread for friends and relatives. The truffles were requested as they were so nice last year
I can't wait to have a day in the kitchen with Christmas songs on while OH is at the match

I've made Christmas cakes for my dad, younger brother and his wife and older brother and his fiancé, they are getting them with a nice bottle of red wine

I'll probably make truffles like I did last year. I'm also brainstorming a mulled cranberry and grappa sauce to put in jars, and trying to decide if walnuts would work in it...

I've made a Christmas cake for my dad, plus lots of truffles and other assorted chocolates for friends.

I have made enough fudge to sink a battleship, it has gone/is going to 14 different sets of people! (Never again!) Plus I am making cookie mix jars for 4 of the youngsters in my family.

Not really a gift, but I've been asked to bring an edible centrepiece for the buffet table. Usually I'd do a gingerbread house, but I'm going a bit more adventurous and am going to make an edible sleigh complete with reindeer. I'm going to fill with roses (or sim) for 'presents'. I can't wait, hopefully it'll work as planned!

I give hampers to some people as gifts, so I'm making lots of edible gifts.
These include lemon curd, fudge, florentines, truffles, homemade chocolates, gingerbread, home dried fruit, crisps and cupcakes. Got it all planned out what I'm doing each day next week. |

This weekend I'll be baking three flavours of fudge: Vanilla, Rum and Raisin and Chocolate. I plan to tie them up in small bags and give as an extra present to each member of the family.

I've been making mince pies for family and friends for 5 or 6 years.
My nephew and nieces are already asking when their uncle will be bringing round a tin of mince pies. Something so simple that is appreciated so much. I love it. |

I'm making chocolate truffles - baby steps.
Maybe next year I'll have a go atmaing chutney, choclate slab and a host of other things. I think I'd also like to attempt a yule log although not for a gift. |
