Connecting my speakers to my TV (help please)
Hi guys, i'm trying to connect my speakers to my TV but i'm not sure how. I'm not even sure if my TV has audio out, and what cables i need to buy, It would be great if anyone could help.

From what I can see online the speakers have a captive audio input lead with 3.5mm jack plug on the end don't they? If so then that sorts out what cables you need
![]() The telly has a headphone socket, which is probably 3.5mm stereo jack. So the obvious answer to your question would be to insert the 3.5mm plug on the end of the cable attached to the speakers into the socket on the telly. It might not be the best method known to man but will do the job. And of course it may well automatically mute the TV's speakers and let you use the TV remote to control the volume. |
