For me there are two, the first one with Natasha and Brendan, it was the first series, the second was the karen hardy and mark series, for me personally this was the last great one with great personalities,for me SCD has not being the same since for strong interesting winners from start to finish, sadly i think the new dancers and celebrities nowadays are all the same and it is too lightweight with no personality,
Most Enjoyable Series and Couples
Personally the first six series of which Series Two and Three were my favourites. Each series after that I've found less and less engaging to the point at which I have only actually watched the opening show live (as in when it went out on TV) this year. Every other episode I've watched on iPlayer and simply skipped the crass VTs and other rubbish.
I've only watched since 2006 ( series 4 ) and have enjoyed everyone of them, apart from 2009. Just couldn't find any enthusiasm for anyone that year. Previously I was voting for Louisa, then Alesha, Rachel and Kara, and now I'm rooting for Chelsee and Pash. There are many things I don't like about the show - the VTs, props etc. but I never miss a single minute of it or ITT, and I'll be miserable when it's over next week 
Series 2,3 and 4 for me.
I will say I have been a little disappointed with the lack of standout dances this year when I loved so many last series.
The one dance I really enjoyed this year for the concept was Holly's Charlston. It could have being danced better but what a concept.
Last series there was Scott's Jive and VW, Patsy's, Pamela's and Kara's VW's and Matt's Cha Cha.

One serie that I didnt really enjoy was the serie when Team Cola won:I dont know it was a bit too bland (I was not really fond of a lot of contestants TBH) imo.I was very happy for Ola though

My favourite series has always been serie 5 with Alesha , Matt, Gethin but I sincerely think that this year might be my fav. serie ever.Especially because I think that this year's contestants have a very good camaraderie and most of the contestants have a lot of personalities.This serie is also the best for me b/c I think that the right 3 made it to the final .I want Chelsee to win but if she doesnt win I will still be happy for Harry and that has not always been the case in previous series for me to like the 3 main contestants(yes I like Jason
