Farewell to the most beautiful woman ever to be on this show, who has now replaced Cherie Lunghi as my favourite. When she was dressed properly and had a sophisticated hairdo she could have been a President's wife. And she had a modest, pleasant down-to-earth personality to go with it.

Her dancing of course was not the best, but I think modern ballroom was her forte, especially the waltz and foxtrot. If she had had Brendan for a partner, and if Jason had been an unknown instead of a massively popular television and stage personality, she would have been in the final, no question.

I think that Holly deserved to be in the final with Jason.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. imo Denise Lewis was the most stunning contestant, followed closely by Kelly Brook and Alesha - but I'd certainly find a place for Holly in the top 5.

i loved holly - great sense of humour and a fantastic dancer (though seriously undermarked most weeks). Sad she's not in the final.

I get what you mean. She has a poise and an elegance about her that we rarely see apart from perhaps Cherie Lunghi. I do wish she was still in. Not sure about Jason being 'a massively popular star,' though.

Not so much the height, more the whole phsique. Holly's waist was much higher than Artem's which made things look awkward and he never looked comfortable in the lifts. Holly is superbly well proportioned but she is a larger lady all round and therefore needed a professional with the height to make her look slightly more fragile.

Holly was the person I would least mind being trapped in a lift with this year.

She doesn't seem to do gush so this put her at an immediate disadvantage as far as SCD goes. I'm still trying to figure out why she did SCD in the first place.

The BBC should to do a Tango competition for celebs. Holly would probably be up for that and who knows, she might even get excited about it, too.

I also think she deserved to be in the final. Not necessarily more than Jason, but she did deserve it. I'll never understand why people who don't gush are automatically considered dull and not sufficiently involved with the show.
