After rewatching Jade's audition and bootcamp videos I am wondering whether she will audition again because if she does not it will seem like a huge waste of talent. I think if she reauditioned again next year she would have a better mentor and a better chance at winning.

I don't know if they'll let her re-audition after winning with Little Mix...she'll probably be back at Pizza Hut...

why not? alexandra auditioned twice and john?
To get through and win, she will probably have to do something about her 100s of piercings and tattoos though as the mainstream audience won't like that?

I would have to agree with you, and also say she would have to make more of an effort with her style and image as well, it should not matter but it does.
it's jade's voice. it needs more strength and she struggled to hit the easy notes on SLY. people went mad because of the song choice and the adele mania, NOT her vocal performance. image too. nice pretty girl, but her attire wasn't flattering at all, it didnt complement her; compare it to what adele wears, she always looks nice. back to the vocals, think about what she'd be like in the theme weeks with the vocals she'd displayed, could her voice cope? you've got to be flexible and her image would work against her.
alexandra in 2005 and 2008 was completely different vocally, emotionally and physically. her voice had matured, she knew how to be more soulful with her voice (2005 was a rushed vocal of saving all my love for you and 2008 was far more emotive and soulful).alexandra clearly had changed and her journey added to the tv bonus.

I guess she would have to hope for new judges as well.
I hope James Michael avoids this show like the plague though. He needs to audition for the Voice as does the guy John Wilding I think his name is.

incredible voice. and gary had the nerve to put frankie in over john. he'd have walked the show and he had my vote. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. a worse decision than cheryls last year. john did say it was his last time on XF though, sad...he has the look, smile and voice - and look where that got marcus. he was marcus' biggest competition, i ws looking forward to seeing them battle it out.

I am right he is the school teacher? if not I have the wrong guy, it's just you said last time, when did he apply before, and how far did he get. He needs to go on the Voice, and I agree with you on walking the show, and that is why I think he was turned down, they had an agenda set out already and he could have scuppered it, as could James.. lets be honest other than Frankie No hoper.. there was no one that would take the female votes on looks and voice and that is not me being RUDE in any way shape or form. I like Marcus but the other two lads would have wiped the floor with most of this lot this year, including Mix and Match.

no john was a teenager, 19/20 i think. not a teacher. dannii was the mentor for the boys. I think he's a better singer than cardle (who IMHO was a dreadful vocalist last year) but wasnt put through. his voice this time is far better, but it was the wrong song choice at the auditions last year (JH especially).

And she was quite right to be.
But then, why show footage of a singer who didn't make it through completely outclassing those who did make the top 4 girls.
