From what I know having watched ITT all week, we've seen a couple of clips of the showdances, nothing more. Pasha's talked about lifts, Kristina's talked about lifts, Aliona's talked about lifts - nothing strange there. Showdances are about showing off a celebrity's skills, and lifts have 'wow' factor, so if the celeb can do them, there's nothing wrong with putting them in. Just because Tom and Camilla's showdance was succesful doesn't mean everyone has to emulate that, and if I remember correctly it had plenty of lifts in it too.
Harry doesn't have to do a ballroom showdance, and in fact it would be rather stupid if he did given he already has 2 classic ballroom dances in his programme. And if you're going to criticise Harry's showdance for not being ballroom, I take it you also think Chelsee's making a dreadful mistake with her disco showdance?

Aliona that was lazy - there are plenty of songs that would have worked and you have taken an easy option”

I didn't realise Jodie and Ian had copyright on that song....
Aliona's allowed to use whatever song she wishes, same with all the pros in all the series. If she thinks that's the best song for their showdance, that's up to her. Most of the audience won't even remember that the song has been used before, and I'll be concentrating on the actual routine I'm watching, not worrying whether I've heard this music on Strictly before.
