She wasn't unknown to me. I followed her with interest since seeing her in the god-awful Kevin Bishop Show. I was overjoyed when she got the Who gig, and she proved to be the best companion (along with Rory) since Who was revived.

For the next companion, I hope they move away from the modern-day British woman model they've used for a decade. They should have kept Clara as a Victorian con-woman, IMHO. Perhaps they could do something like that with Lacey, if she joins the show.
